This is my second BMW, serviced exclusively by Maurice at Bav. Auto. Prices are excruciatingly unbelievable for the BMW dealer - that and their commitment to getting it right for the customer is unmatched in the luxury car biz. Wouldn't consider owning a BMW in any other town but Wichita because of them. They have helped me out on several occasions, getting me back on the streets quickly.They always do a test drive to make sure their work takes and have a one year guarantee. Being BMW master mechanics gives you peace of mind that they will do good work. Owning a much beloved pre-owned (10 year old) BMW, I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else for service.

Maurice is literally the best!! I started coming here for two reasons. 1. The BMW dealership is the worst and has no clue what they are doing. 2. When I first bought my car I had no clue about the mechanical work on BMW's. I needed some coils changed and instead of Maurice lying to me or taking advantage of me and telling me that I needed to buy them new, he said that I could put used ones on for way cheaper and my car would run just fine. Most mechanics wouldn't do that. He's very talented and honest and not to mention so caring about the health of the cars he works on. His team is just as great as he is!!

My car was leaking oil and I was quoted 4k at the mini dealership, I took it to Bavarian and paid them under $1k to fix. A slight issue came back up and my vehicle died but Bavarian took it right back in and fixed it and said I don't owe anything due to being under warranty. I am grateful for this place, and Maher! Would recommend to everyone :)

My BMW was in need of service. It had multiple little issues. They had my car for about two weeks. They fixed everything and didn't kill me on the cost. I would absolutely use them again and again for my car. My car is a 2004 325i with 90k miles. I had zero issues for the life of the car and finally things started to wear out. My car is perfect now and my daughter is looking forward to driving it for her high school career.

Took my car in for an oil change today.. I was off work, so decided to wait on it. Sat in their comfy lobby and watched some morning TV. It was done before I knew it! Absolutely love Maurice and his staff! They are trustworthy and honest.. so glad that I have them to take care of my vehicle!
