Barney's Deep Discount Drugs

I love Barney's very much. I love Dana and I love the small town feel of the place and in post-pandemic times, I'll enjoy shopping there again. Right now, however, they are taking very few precautions to keep customers safe as we try to get back to normal. In my most recent trip there, they appear to be taking a hands-off approach to customers wearing masks, with no signs posted beyond one encouraging social distancing. There were equal amounts of customers with and without masks, and of the two employees who I saw with masks, one was below his chin. I realize that masks are not the be-all, end-all of safety precautions, however they are the simplest, and if they don't believe that masks are helpful to reduce covid spread, it makes me doubt a lot of other things about their health and safety policies.For a *pharmacy* that is generally filled with elderly and health-compromised people and should be working to keep folks healthy by following the doctors rather than the politicians, I simply do not see enough safety precautions being taken. I look forward to returning when my health isn't being put at risk by the very place I go to improve it. Sorry, Barney's. You don't get to choose when to believe health professionals. You might as well stop selling medicine altogether if your leadership wants to behave this way.

Barney's has a little bit of everything. If you are looking for candies from the past they have a lot. I love to walk around just to see if i have missed anything.

Barneys pharmacy is reasonably priced & the staff & pharmacist really appear to care about your well being, they're super kind, helpful & informative. However, the store part of the pharmacy itself is kind of expensive to shop from. For being such a small privately owned business, they do offer a wide array of organic, natural & gluten free grains, & food product & supplements but...it is ridiculously expensive. what average person can afford to pay $3+ for a can of organic beans? especially when u can get them at Aldies for .98 cents. Supplements, vitamins...too expensive for the average person. However I do love to shop there, as most everything else in the store is priced in range of other stores (such as Dillon's, WalMart, ect). I've been shopping at Barney's for around 20 yrs and will continue to shop there as long as I'm on this earth.

Love the friendliness and small town feel. They remember me and many of my regular purchases every time I come in. They were able to order specific items I was looking for and now keep them in stock. Had trouble running down a prescription at our regular pharmacy and they helped me figure it out.
