Ballinger Trash Service

Recently [NOT GOOD]...I've been with Ballinger for several decades, and at least two times in the past month, the garbageman has left my cart close to my neighbors drive and not mine...the last time my neighbor walked out to push it up to their house as I was walking out to retrieve it because I realized the garbage man left it again near my neighbors...we were both puzzled as to why, but I called and got a little upset, don't know these people, I have never been rude(until I called to complain)...I used a few choice words, and she told me to watch how I speak, (I should of been more calm), but I told her she needs to speak with the guy that has a problem with me...My trash is usually one bag(sometimes two), and sometimes I skip a week to try and fill the bin..What gives?

I came to review BALLINGER and see there are several 5* reviews listed as not important????? They are hidden. That's just wrong. I have used BALLINGER off and on for over 50 years if they were listed with my current HOA. They are a long time independent local company. I will always use them if they are listed in my HOA. I currently have used them for over a year. I have always and continue to like them very much. So nice to get a reasonable price, good service and a real person answering the phone after a few rings. Go local Wichita. Give the little guy a chance. In this case you won't be sorry!

We have had Ballinger Trash Service since we moved to Wichita, 4 yrs ago.. We are extremely satisfied with their service. For instance, a few times we forgot to put the cart curbside the night before and they went ahead and came up to the house, wheeled it down and dumped for us.They also pick up recyclables, which we are going to start taking advantage of since the store down the street no longer has the recycling trailer available. Seems people were using it for their own personal garbage dump so they pretty much ruined it for the legit recyclers. THANKS ALOT PEOPLE!Also just a fyi Ballinger does not take credit or debit cards. Not sure about personal checks. We use our card to pay all our utilities but know we need cash when going to pay these guys. Its no problem at all, just be aware they dont take cards.

I have been with Ballinger for 4 years now and have been very pleased. They are always on schedule (have never missed a pickup) and they always take everything that is left around the cart. I think I have left as many as 10 lawn/leaf bags out. I broke a wheel on my cart once and they brought a new one right out the same day I called. It's nice to have a trash company that you don't have to worry about. I pay $63 every 3 months. I have seen other companies offer service for a few bucks cheaper, but wouldn't consider switching. I highly reccomend them. Also, I can't say this will always be the case but on multiple occasions they have came up to the house to pick up the can on days I forgot to put the trash out.

I just called yesterday to start my service with Ballinger. Phone was answered on the third ring! I'm already thankful to have switched from Waste Management! The person on the phone was very friendly, and already had my brand new cart here today! I was on the phone for 20 minutes waiting to speak with someone from Waste Management just to cancel my service with them! My neighbor and a coworker both have had Ballinger for quite awhile and couldn't be happier with their service. I had WM for 10 years and finally had enough. Terrible service, constantly increasing rates, and almost impossible to speak to a live human being. Ballinger is saving me a small fortune, and when you call, they answer and deliver. Already earned my respect!!!

I've used Ballenger's for over 20 years and have never had a complaint. I've even put some larger items out by the curb that I wasn't sure where they pick up, and they did. Highly recommend!

On their website, it shows that they have dumpsters, but was told on the phone that they didn't do that anymore. They need to update their webpage.
