Balance And Harmony Therapeutic Massage

I have been to Balance & Harmony for 4-5 massages now with Kendra, and each time is just as good as the last! She is friendly, punctual, professional and overall a great masseuse. The environment is always very clean, and it is clear that the staff takes all sanitary precautions, especially since the COVID pandemic. I have been to several different masseuses since I moved to Wichita 2 years ago, and Kendra is by far the best! I won't be hopping around trying to find a good masseuse anymore. As a bonus, her prices are extremely reasonable.

Awesome staff, clean and comfortable environment. I came to Jenny in pain and unable to move my arm due to shoulder pain. After an hour massage, I left with mobility and a plan to keep up with progress at home between massages. Her clients' health is definitely her priority!

I slept wrong over 2 weeks ago. The range of motion in my neck was very limited and painful. I went to a chiropractor, did light stretches, heat/ice, ibuprofen, and tried massaging the area. Nothing gave me relief. Went to see Dawn today, and immediately after my range of motion was back to normal, my pain was almost gone, and I just felt so relaxed. She did such an amazing job. She was so professional, precise, and educated in her techniques. I am so grateful! I can finally get back to my daily activities without pain!
