Went to Bagatelle's for lunch. Their parking lot was full, but I was able to grab a spot. I was a little confused where I should place an order at the counter, but a staff member helped me out. I ordered a sandwich with the side salad. For the sandwich you get to select the bread, meat, and sauce. They have toppings like Swiss cheese, onions, lettuce, and tomato you can add to it as well. I had them warm it and it was the right move. Their sourdough bread was amazing! The side salad was a little different. More middle eastern flavors than what I was anticipating for a restaurant that feels very Italian.

The mediterranean food was subpar. The tabbouleh was not my favorite. I'm sure this restaurant is great in other ways but there are many better mediterranean food choices in Wichita that I'd choose over this.

Meh, I ordered the chicken shawarma with a cup of potato and leek soup. The shawarma had a lot of gristle and fat in it. I could only eat a few bites and I didn't like the potato soup at all. And I'm not very picky usually. But that's a big but I am going to devour this dessert! I know it's good because I've had it before, the Napoleon

I really enjoyed bagatelle it was surprisingly affordable I had a sandwich roll and soup for $11 the portions were satisfying and the homemade bread was a delight all the employees were very nice to me definitely a good family owned lunch spot to consider when stopping through Wichita.

I ordered two fruit tarts for a birthday party. Both 10" costing $39 each. Berry tart was covered only partially on top and looked cheap and incomplete. The filling and crust was nearly tasteless and the crust was so thick and hard it was difficult to cut without it all breaking. Worst experience with any bakery I have ever had.

It was during lunch time so it took awhile for our order to be made. My Chicken Shawarma was very dry and had pieces of fat on some of the chicken. The Pita chips were slightly overcooked and hard. The Hummus wasn't too bad though. My Dad's chicken sandwich was dry as well. I bit into one of the olives that came with my meal and it had a seed luckily I hadn't bit down onto it. The carrot cake was alright nothing too special for how much you pay per piece. I'm not sure I would revisit.
