Really nice seating and food situation. Nice old world style, round loaves of various breads. Some other food options here also. Cakes and cookies. Nice.

Stopped by to grab a quick take out lunch - they were busy which I was happy to see. I waited probably about 10 minutes but it wasn't a big deal due to clearly seeing they were busy. I got the chipotle chicken bacon sandwich and boy was it delightful! The bread was clearly homemade and just delicious! I wish I would have bought a loaf to bring home. Next time!

This is a hidden gem!! Food is amazing, I had the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup combo. It was my first time trying mulligatawny, they have ruined me for all other versions of this soup. I even got 2 slices of desserts to go. The flourless berry cake and the cherry limeade, both were delicious. The service was very attentive and did a good job. The decor is a fun mix match of tables and chairs all painted red. The walls are decorated with fun art. This is a must return for me. Sorry, no pics. I was busy enjoying.

Great spot for breakfast or lunch in downtown Hastings. You can get a variety of sweets or a load of fresh baked bread. Hands down one of my favorite spots!

Some of the reviews say this is the best place in town for breakfast. If so, I am from out of town and I guess I don't want to eat breakfast in Hastings. I was disappointed and expected a lot more from the reviews. I wonder if they were written by employees or the owner?

Recently under new ownership and different hours. Our family loves brunch so we were excited to see they're open on Saturdays & Sundays now 8-2. We tried the Avocado Toast and Breakfast Burrito. Both were fantastic. Food came fairly quickly. Our server was very kind and attentive. We would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing breakfast sandwich. The beard is too good. Lovely wait staff and got to speak with the owner. Great place to go if in Hastings.

A nice soup and sandwich type of place. Service was good as was the atmosphere. Food was quite tasty and is obviously homemade. A very nice change of pace!
