Hands-down, the most reputable people and knowledgeable that I've ever came across and learned so much from Rick and Joanne, and not only have firsthand knowledge of everything that they sell, but they've even toured Urex so he also does in house repairs. Service after the sale impeccable he'll either fix it on the spot or have it for you the next day if the parts are in stock and knowledge and variety is outstanding. So anybody that are saying the bad things out there about them if you can't say something nice don't say anything because the people that I play with and the people that I know, haven't had any problems thank you for your time .

They have very helpful employees to help with your gun if your having troubles. The thing that disappoints me is that almost all of there guns are beginner or cheaply built guns.
