B & C Barbeque

Just simply a fantastic BBQ! I had lunch here, this place operates cafeteria style: you pay at the register when you walk in and you can choose what type of plate you want or you can go AYCE ($23), which I chose and would recommend because you get to try anything and everything as often as you'd like.They have a salad bar, as well as all different types of hot and cold sides. Then there's the meat! On this visit, I chose the fatty brisket (my favorite!), the honey glazed ribs, and the turkey (moist and delicious). If you love barbecue, this is your place!

I was on the flight to Wichita and talking with the last guy on the plane - he had run in about 5min after everyone else had boarded due to a late connection, huffing and puffing. Turns out, he was a native of Wichita and gave me the recommendation to eat here at B&C, and it did not disappoitn!The space is a big one, like a modern sports bar, the open kitchen in the back and great aromas but not the same as other BBQ shops were you have the BBQ slow cookers in another part of the building, etc. Parking on one side was limited, the back side shared with another building, and across you can park from 6p onward, I think. Their estimate of 25-30min for making the food - too long. I arrived after 15min and it was already ready and waiting.Brisket - mix of moist and regular, and the kid's sandwich was hearty, good mix of that and fries. Mac & cheese was very good - white cheddar, I think and mild, didn't clump up and dry when it was a little colder. The baked beans was a lovely smooth bbq and bacon, my wife called this the best she'd ever had. The pickle was perfectly crisp and dill for me - others didn't like it. The mix of ribs (fall-off-the-bone) and brisket was excellent - came with three sides. The potato salad was good (though could have used some dill). Overall excellent meal to-go, even if it was a bit more spendy ($31 for the double meat serving), totally worth it. The Texas toast slice could've used a bit more toasting, soggy but perhaps that was from the to-go trip.Not heavy on the sauce, in fact almost dry rub but still very moist on the meats. Apparently there's some version of AYCE - will have to try that next time!

The food was tasty, especially for the area. Without comparing it to other barbecue places, I am giving it the four out of five stars. I like the set up. I like the service I like the self serve drinks. The line was long when we arrived for lunch, but it move quickly. I would suggest the buffet for the first time just to get an overall taste of everything that they have loaded. Potato salad was great. Spicy beans were amazing. The brisket was good. The ribs were done. Well very flavorful. Surprisingly I liked the sirloin steak. The macaroni and cheese was delicious and I like the fresh option of the salad bar to kind of build your own.. and I feel that when you're served but face out instead of everyone else serving themselves, it kind of keeps down on the germs. This is a solid place.

I had dined at this place well over a decade ago and I still remembered it. While on business in Wichita I decided to see if it was still opened, sure enough it was. It has received a face lift since I was last here and now the place looks fantastic.All I could really remember was the AYCE Buffet! My memory didn't fail me. $23 for a BBQ Buffet was simply awesome! We received two pink tickets after paying and we headed directly to the buffet. I do like the fact that they serve you, you merely tell them what you want. I only went through the line twice because truly that is all I could eat. On the first pass I selected the Potato Salad, Spicy Baked Beans, Salad, Pulled Pork and Honey Glazed Ribs. To be honest I was full but I needed to try the Load Baked Potato Salad, the regular Baked Beans, Brisket, & Dry Ribs!Both Potato Salads were perfect and it would hard to choose one over the other. Ditto for the Baked Beans but I could myself leaning more towards the Regular Beans.Every meat I picked was done perfectly so again personal choice as you go through!There wasn't anything I choose that I didn't like! The Bbq was amazing, the sides very delicious! However, I was content! It was a great price for an awesome lunch!To be honest I could almost make the 21/2 hr drive from OKC just to eat here . . . and I just might do it again!

We came here on a Tuesday afternoon and we were greeted promptly and sat a the bar. Didn't explore their beer selection but will have to come back and try that. I ordered the two meat plate and it was very good. I opted for the ribs and fatty brisket. Sides were the French fries and Mac and cheese. Everything was very good and it didn't take long to prepare. The Texas toast was a nice touch. Least favorite item was probably the fries. I prefer a heartier fry and these were pretty thin shoestring fries. But not bad. Definitely will be back. Curious to see what the buffet is like earlier in the day.

Very flavorful brisket and ribs. Generous sides. Excellent service! Our new go to place for BBQ in Wichita!

A bbq stop while in town of Goddard for animal park.This Is a restaurant, not the small quant bbq joint that I perfer.Doesn't look like much on outside but large inside. Service was good since it was later in afternoon. I had the brisket Mac n cheese with baked beans. Potato salad had no taste.Daughter had a chicken sandwich that was good.So overall a good meal. Large menu.

The place is a huge wide open establishment that we both liked a lot! It has a raised roof on a brick building. Lots of TV's. Plenty of parking. An arcade across the street. Walking distance from the Courtyard Hotel by Marriott. The service is awesome! Top notch friendly and helpful! Our waiter and his co-workers were constantly asking if we needed anything and keeping our drinks filled. Hubby and I both got the 2 meat meals. Mine was chicken, brisket, baked beans, and fries, with a side of Texas toast. Hubby's was chicken, mixed ribs, potato salad, baked beans, a piece of Texas toast, and a side order of onion rings. My meats were both cold so I didn't eat the chicken. I ate most of my 2 slices of lean brisket. I loved the beans with chunks of meat. My hubby liked the onion rings slightly more than everything else he got. I think we might have been sitting under an a/c unit for our food to go cold so fast. I hope that's the reason anyway. I think we would try it again, but we'd sit in a different spot and see if that makes a difference and we would not order 2 meat meals. The place was busy. This would have been 5 stars if our meats were hot.

Delicious BBQ! Loved the ribs and chicken. The spicy beans were the perfect amount of heat. Same with the hot BBQ sauce. The macaroni and cheese was so good and velvety. The side salad with blue cheese added a little of green to the meal. Yummy!

Fantastic food. It was out WAY faster than we expected too. I had the prime rib, waffle fries and Mac n cheese. Price is what you expect for a bbq place. I can't wait to bring some more friends here.
