I don't want to even give a 1 star because of the service but i guess since the kids had fun jumping, 1 star is appropriate. First off, we spent 300 on a party room that includes an employee attendant helping. We show up and it was chaos. We had little guidance and then when we finally found someone to help us, she too is to the deck which was not what we paid for she finally took us to our private room. After seeing the room was away from the jumping area we asked to move to the deck. They refused saying it's cheaper at the deck and they can't refund us money. I asked for a manager and that did nothing. All the staff were young teenagers that should not be in charge. We eventually went to the party room and never saw the employee again. The popcorn was burnt and no utensils. I finally went and asked for support and utensils and that did nothing. No one ever came. I asked for a manager again, what was again just a lead(teenager) who refunded 40 dollars. He said that's the price for the employee that is supposed to help. I explained i needed everything refunded but the amount of the kids jump. He said he can't. I kept asking for whoever was in charge and no one was ever able to help me. They gave me peaches, the general managers name and email. I emailed her and called and no response. My other concern is there was a flea market going on in the main area. One of the kids attending our party was lost and they had nothing in place for "code Adam". There was so many areas for something bad to happen with the kiddos and no one (adult) to oversee. It was concerning and disappointing. We will not return.

DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE. Woman who goes by "peaches" is the manager/ birthday coordinator. On the phone the party was $300. Then when I emailed to confirm the price, the "total" was $330. So somehow it went up $30. I paid a $100 deposit so was expecting to pay $230 day of. Day of they told me the total was $430. And I owed $330. After 10 minutes of pleading peaches did only charge me the $230. It was not easy however. I paid extra for a party room, which was so far away. It was so far away that you had to go past the sign that says "do not enter". Wth.... The room was so small. It was a party for 15, and they only set places for 10. They were late bringing all the things, and peaches was rude after I insisted on the price we agreed on. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The facility is very nice and clean and worth going to if it's not an "organized" party.

Nobody told me that I would sweat so much. As a chubby middle aged man I struggled to make it out of the foam pits. But I didn't break any bones or crush any children so I'm gonna chalk that up to a win.

Took my 5 and 6 year old here this past Saturday and paid for an hour to play in the trampoline area. They absolute loved it!! There's a lot of stuff for them to do here. The whole building is big and they have other stuff to do like sand volleyball for older kids/adults but I only took them to the area where they could play. They have a foam pit for 6 years and under, a basketball area, and different obstacles to go through. I thought one hour would be good enough and wear them out but they wanted to play even longer! I will be doing my daughters birthday here in December since she loved it so much. Plus, they play upbeat music which makes us have even more energy!

A fun place for the kids to come and get some exercise. The staff is friendly, I just hope they clean the balls. Staff is friendly.

This place is just what Wichita needed! It's fun and full of action. It can be somewhat crowded but that's because of how awesome this place is.

We just took our entire crew here, we had a great time. Very impressive. They didn't try to over-police the rules. They let you have fun, but safely. Lots to do for many different ages. We will go back for sure!

Aviate is great, but not just for parties and casual drop-ins. The Summer Camp has great, affordable options for kids to participate in throughout the summer and without rigid deadlines and schedules. Love their flexibility and willingness to personalize experience.

Perfect venue for a 10 year old grandson! It was even easy to talk him out of using the arcade since there were so many jumping and climbing options.

I took our youngest boys to Aviate this past Friday at 10am to enjoy their trampoline park. Before going I had called and spoke with a friendly lady who was very helpful. I was checking to see if they had a toddler time, as another trampoline park out west does. She answered all my questions and was super sweet. Which can be rare these days. They didn't have a designated toddler play time. But offered a discount, one free adult per paying child. Only $10 for two kids & 2 adults. You cannot beat that for two hours of fun. Since it was a shorter drive we gave it a try. I was so thankful that we did. The trampoline park was not overly crowded, and we all certainly had the best time. I am already looking forward to taking them soon. And in comparison to urban air out west, this trampoline park is bigger. Offering Lots more pits to jump into. An obstacle course for all ages.
