I've been there a couple of times and each time I receive superb service. This time I just needed a tire that was leaking fixed. Took care of it and within 30 minutes I was out of there. One of the things that I do like is that they have a waiting area that is so comfortable with a TV. I will be going back.

Auto Masters Service Center has always exceeded my expectations on price, quality of work, efficiency, and most of all customer service! If anything ever needs to be fixed on my truck I call them first because I know it will be done right and at a great price. The staff is always friendly and informative, they don't block you for information or try to rip you off with unnecessary up charges, like the unicorn is eating through your muffler and you need a new exhaust system to put the unicorn back in the catalytic converter. I always recommend them! 10/10 will be using them again!

They helped run a diagnostic, they were honest and sent me to a dealership that would do it for free because it was under warranty. They are always kind and helpful and we have always been pleased with their services.

Way too expensive!!! $85 for a tow in Derby (that's what it costs for anywhere in Wichita!) and $150 for a diagnostic check that doesn't go towards fixing it. Only come here if you have money and good insurance

This is the second time I've gone to Auto Masters in Derby and the second time that their 'solution' was wildly expensive. I took my 2012 Suburban in with rough running engine, engine light on, stabilitrak service needed, and heater not working properly. They diagnosed a misfire on #7 cylinder with zero compression and a hole in the radiator that caused coolant to gush out when under pressure. Their solution was to replace the engine for almost $8,000 or if I wanted to replace just the radiator it would be over $800. After checking to see if I recently inherited a small fortune and finding I did not I declined their offer and spent less than $20 on a new spark plug and some Bar's radiator stop leak. Once the spark plug was replaced and the Bar's was added to the radiator everything was working normally. I don't dispute that #7 has a problem - I just don't think it's a 'replace the engine' problem. My biggest issue with Auto Masters is they only want to provide the 'Top Shelf' solution without alternatives. So that will be the last $100 I spend to get a quote from these people. Lots of other options in and around Derby.
