If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. My experience with Auto Image in Wichita, Kansas has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I initially brought my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4 in April 2024 for window tinting, including the front two windows, a full ceramic clear film on the windshield, and a brow on the windshield.Upon my first visit, I had to return the truck because the windshield brow was applied incorrectly--it was severely crescent-shaped. While the edge was about six inches from the top of the windshield, as requested, the film was only about 2.5 inches from the top at the center near the rearview mirror. Additionally, the front side windows were not properly prepared, as residual glue from the old tint caused bubbling around the perimeter of the windows. I also experienced a loud groaning sound when rolling down the windows on warm days due to the leftover adhesive sticking to the rubber seals. While they did correct the brow on the windshield, the issue with the side windows was not addressed adequately. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he claimed there was nothing they could do, stating that the dark tint would always show bubbles. They ultimately told me to "live with it," leaving me with unresolved issues.I also had Auto Image apply paint protection film (PPF) to my pickup, which was improperly installed. I was told that they could fill in rock chips with a paint pen before applying the film, and that it would look as good as new. I purchased the paint pen as instructed, but when I picked up my vehicle, the pen was still unopened in its original packaging, and the front end of my truck appeared to have numerous unsightly bubbles, resembling acne.I was advised not to use car washes, so I've been having my pickup hand washed and detailed by a local company every few weeks. However, when the film began peeling in several areas, the owner insisted that the damage was caused by a car wash. I have receipts and video footage proving that my truck has only been hand washed. Despite this, the owner remained defensive, agitated, and unwilling to take responsibility for the poor workmanship or stand behind the service provided. In summary, the lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and failure to resolve my concerns make Auto Image one of the worst businesses I have dealt with. I cannot recommend them.

My appointment was at 9:00am so I arrived 15 min early and the got me right in. Two appointments we "no shows" which allowed them to place two workers on my car. I was in and out within 20 mins. It was great. Now I'm sure that won't happen with everyone, but they did a great job, love my tint. Very professional.

Bought a new car for my Wife on her birthday from a certain dealership that was sent to Auto Image to have its windows tinted. Once we received the vehicle we thought the driver's window tint was defective. Auto Image called the dealership and they had me return the vehicle there where they discovered that it was a film on the outside of the window from shipping. They took the vehicle and removed the film, but unbeknownst to us at the time whoever removed the film had scratched the window in the process, which was about 6" in length. The next day we discovered the scratch on said window. Went back to Auto Image who correctly identified that it was the glass and not the film via photos taken. Auto Image called the dealership about the scratch and the dealership's service manager had the audacity to state that I must have scratched the window and that they were done. After the call, Auto Image took it upon themselves to not just remove the tint (just in case), but also to buff out the scratch and replace the tint, all at no charge. Once done, everything was PERFECT.We were so impressed with just how much they cared about their customers, my Wife and took our SUV to Auto Image to have the paint correction and ceramic coating processes done, windshield eyebrow tint applied and new rear door seals installed. Again, since the work done turned out PERFECT, we took our new vehicle to them for the ceramic coating process as well. Now, the reason why we decided to keep the SUV and NOT trade it in at the aforementioned dealership was because of how they responded to the driver's window situation on my Wife's new car. Hence, they missed out on selling us a new SUV.BTW: It was Michael at Auto Image who took care of us on both vehicles. Therefore, we highly recommend Auto Image. And if we need any further vehicle services along their areas of expertise, they will automatically have our business again, period.

I had a great experience here yesterday. I had brought my car in a few weeks ago to get an estimate for a couple of door dings to be repaired and to get a cost on replacing a bolt. Adam was great! He replaced the bolt immediately and scheduled my car for the repairs a couple weeks out and gave me a $150 estimate. The day my car was scheduled, after the repairs, I went to pick up my car (which looked great, btw!) and I was told the repairs were only $100 because it didn't take them as long as they thought they would. That rarely happens! I feel that this group is very honest, kind, and timely. I will definitely be going back to them when I need body work and will recommend them too. It was a great experience!

dropped my car off at this location for repair work after getting rear ended. picked my car up three weeks later and noticed damages on the car from the workers called the office and the person at the front desk was very helpful. Ended up dropping my car back off and took another week to fix. comes to find out parts of my car were being held together by double sided 3M duct tape. DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER AUTO IMAGE!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had this auto body shop work on my vehicle and while it was getting worked on their employees caused damage to my vehicle not once, but TWICE!! this caused longer repair times, waiting longer on getting my car back and it cost me more money! This body shop was just bought by Mike Wagner two months ago and he is clueless!! He has no experience with body work and has no idea how to run a company! He treats his employees like dirt, and all he cares about it money! Think twice before taking your vehicle here for repairs!!! BAD MANAGEMENT, POORLY RUN COMPANY!

My 3 yr old daughter took a rock completely around our brand new SUV two months after owning it. Auto Image buffed the whole vehicle and made it look like new again. Great people to work with and highly recommend.

I brought my Acadia here because my son threw up in it, and if I didn't get it properly cleaned the smell would be stuck in it forever. I had just bought my SUV 2 months ago, so it didn't need a detail but that was the only way to get the smell out with their ionization process. I paid $150 for just an interior detail, which included an extra $25 to treat for the vomit smell. For what I got, that is a ridiculous amount of money. First thing I noticed was there was a handprint on the interior back window. What kind of detail doesn't even clean the windows? So I kept looking and noticed the floor still had dirt on it, the door jams were dirty, the cup holder hadn't been wiped out, and there was a spot on the carpet where some ice tea was spilled that I had hoped would come out. At this point I went inside. I just honestly wanted to know what they do during a detail. The man said those things should have been taken care of, so he grabbed 2 of his guys and had me point out the things I noticed and they would take care of it. About 10 minutes later they are done. They said they were able to get most of the ice tea stain up. One thing that bothered me about that was why didn't they do that in the first place if I am paying for a detail? So I did a quick look over and they got the things I pointed out so I left. Driving home I noticed lint all over my dashboard and navigation system, so they don't even clean with lint free cloths? I noticed more places that had dirt and crumbs. Now since I just bought my SUV, it was in great shape so maybe that it what made it so easy for me to notice so many things that were skipped over. But the reason I decided to post is we noticed a new stain. I have a DVD player that flips down from the ceiling, there is a white spray stain on it. I had never used it before, and when I bought the vehicle I know for a fact it wasn't there because I checked it out. I am incredibly disappointed at the sloppy work and how overpriced they are.

Shop claimed to be able to match front window tint to rear windows of my vehicle. Installed tint does not match. Owner says it is not his fault the shop can't match windows made in Japan - strange since this was the promised service. It's even written on the receipt: "2 frt window tint to match".Recommendation: Find a different shop.
