They advertise fixing your headlights and removing scratches and polishing your headlights as well but also restoring your rubber on your windows as well, and I was told they couldn't do it but I told them why are u advertising it if your guy can't keep your word on it,then I ask them about my motor,can you guy rinse my motor out,they said we can do that as well and he told me we can't lift your truck up to clean it so,I told them I underneath ,but we well do our best to clean the motor out and take all the Grease mmmmmmmm

I purchased a vehicle online without ever seeing it, when it came in it had some imperfections in the paint. I took it to Auto Boutique and was given an estimate which I thought was pretty good. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and got a call later in the day that it was ready. I was very happy with most of the work they did but not happy with the hood. They immediately offered to make it right and almost insisted on bringing it back in. I dropped it off a week later and a few hours later got a call that it was done. When I picked it up I was extremely pleased and it actually came out better than I expected. I really appreciate there customer service and will be taking my cars there in the future for any paint correction or detailing work. Great group of guys. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact I had to go back.

So I went back here to get my two front car windows tinted. I made an appointment for 8:30 on a Saturday and didn't receive as good of service as I had before. When I arrived the guy at the counter said that the window tint guy wasn't there and that it would be a few hours, although when I called to make the appointment they specifically asked if I was going to wait for the car while it was being tinted, I even called the day before my appointment to confirm the time and I was again asked if I would like to wait while the windows are done due to only taking less than an hour. After an hour of waiting the tiny guy pulled up and immediately got to work on my car. Seems pretty disfinctional to make an appointment with a customer and not have the specific employee for the job present. Also you know what makes a tinted vehicle look even better? A clean one! This place is known for auto detailing why not was my car before giving it back with the new tint on it, or at least wash it due to making me wait 1 1/2 hours for something that I was told would take 30 minutes. I overall love the tint but they need help in the business management and customer service arena, I will and still do refer customers to them all the time, I'm even thinking about getting my back window redone by these guys soon!

My experience with Auto Boutique was not good from the start. I purchased a Complete Detail gift certificate for my husband's truck. The price listed in the menu of services is not the price they charged me. There was a shop fee of $20 added to the price. No where on the pricing sheet did it say anything about this fee, not even in the fine print. The man working there even acknowledged that they didn't list it but that it is charged for all detail services. Fast forward a few weeks. My husband went in to get his truck detailed using the gift certificate I had purchased for him. However, they did not clean the bed of his truck. It does not say that the truck bed is not included. The Complete Detail is definitely not worth the $230 I paid. This business is not very transparent about their services.

They did a outstanding job on detailing my car and tinting windows. They even got paint out of the carpet of my sub. Wouldn't go anywhere else . Will be taking our truck to get detailed next!
