Auburn Family Dental : Wichita Dentist

So excited to have this lady as my dentist! Talk about updated equipment. Her staff is so kind and friendly. She has improved the quality of my old crappy teeth, to the point I can actually smile in front of people.

I highly recommend Auburn Family Dentistry and Dr. Raisdana. This office is beautiful, and they provide such a comfortable environment. I felt well taken care of and right at home with the staff. They did a great job explaining my treatment options and helping me understand my insurance. Dr. Raisdana has a very gentle and caring approach to her treatment. I was very happy with my experience in this office.

The staff is very caring. The listen to my concerns,my teenage daughter even thought the same. When suggested to floss she listened....a little kindness goes a long ways. My insurance was accepted out of pocket little to nothing love love love... We was referred from a co-worker now we will prefer this place.

Dr Raisdana and her staff are great. Very compassionate, treat you with kindness and respect. For anyone with dentist anxiety I highly recommend Auburn Dental.

Highly recommend. Very kind caring staff. The practice is very nice and staff do all they can to settle you and ensure everything is OK. Excellent with children also a very good family practice that cares alot about what they do. Staff are so friendly and willing to take time to fully explain everything and ensure you are relaxed. Great dentist.

At the end of September 2023, I began to help a close friend begin the process of getting dentures and implants after she had been without teeth for over a decade. Although the quality of the work is excellent, their business practices lack ethics. Being the financially responsible party, I expected a COMPLETE itemized statement of possible costs to complete the process. The doctor, and office manager knew full well that she had extensive bone loss in her lower jaw, but not once did anyone tell us the possibility of having to remake the lower denture to complete the process!!! I did my financial planning based on the information the office manager, Cindee provided. Kansas Perio did the implants and grafting in her lower jaw. It wasn't until all this work was completed that we were told a new lower denture needed to be done.I was expecting to pay the last 5,900 dollars that Cindee originally provided to finish the process. Now that has ballooned to $8,439!! To me, this is unacceptable but I guess that's how Auburn Dental wants to handle patients.Cindee's explanation to me for not being told by her, or the doctor, of the possibility of this extra cost, as they don't want to scare off patients from getting dentures done!!! Auburn Dental has all these great reviews, but if you have a more complicated case watch out!! To me, it was extremely clear now that it was probably better than an eighty percent chance of needing the lower remade because of all the grafting and I should have been told!!!

Highly recommend. A polite staff and clean office. The hygienist is very thorough and attentive. A great explanation of treatment options and course of action.

The staff is amazing. Dr. Raisdana is very kind and personable. And, above all she is a great dentist. The equipment in the office is state of the art. Without question an office I hope to be going to for a long time.
