My family ordered 7 graveside arrangements for Memorial Day. The work was reasonably priced and absolutely beautiful. We ordered fresh arrangements. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!

The only pro of this business is that the overall setup was lovely.Everything else about this business is nothing but awful. We used this business for a wedding. From the beginning, things got off on the wrong foot. The bouquets for the front of the ceremony were done completely opposite of what the bride had wanted. (They were fixed before the ceremony began but not without a comment of "do you know how expensive those are" from the owner which seems highly rude and innappropriate.) The bride had expressed wanting large bouquets of white hydrangeas. The beginning bouquets only had one hydrangea in each. The bride was aware of the expense and expected her large bouquets to be correct. In the end, the bouquets had 3 hydrangea flowers in each which was much smaller than the bride wanted.At the reception, the bride and groom had wanted a plain cake. They had expressed this during the wedding planning and to their cake decorater. While setting up for the wedding, Artful Parties owner, Luann, had told the cake decorator "Here is the bouquet she'll toss. We can put it on top of the cake." The cake decorator repeated that is not what they wanted so Luann suggested leaving the bouquet by the cake in case they changed their mind. When the cake decorater walked away from the cake table Luann shoved the bouquet of flowers so deep into the top of the cake there was no way to take it off. Clearly, she operates on a I-know-it-all-and-will-do-it-my-way attidtude.Then the owner came in and started cleaning up the reception area at 10pm when we had the room rented until midnight. Because of her starting the clean up, the guests began to leave. From the weddings I have attended, I have never seen a clean up crew in the time I was there. As far as I'm concerned, the decorations were paid for and were to be in use until the rental time has expired. While she was there she pulled the bride and groom aside to tell them she had copied their credit card number down wrong and needed to see it again. The groom had to leave his own reception to get her the information. At no time should a bride and groom be interrupted on their special night because of their wedding planner's mistake. (They were not leaving town for their Honeymoon until Monday so she could have contacted them on Sunday.)When the groom expressed some concerns to her at the end of the night she said, "keep in touch. we'll see where you're at in two years." (According to him she was referring to their marriage failing.)We were highly disappointed and upset with the way we were treated and how the owner handled situations. Don't let someone with a know it all attitude ruin your special occasion. Many people who work with her would call her a controlling witch.
