What a great indie theater! This was a surprise in Salina, Kansas. The tickets here are reasonably priced, the popcorn and soda are cheap, and the seats are very comfy, making this a must stop place if you're spending a little more time than simply driving through. Yes, there is only one screen, however, for me it just adds to the charm! I wish there were more independent movie theaters in small towns. This one is located next to an Italian restaurant and burrito shop and is walking distance to a couple of thrift stores, if you want to make it a browsing kind of afternoon. And what I'm loving about Kansas, there's free parking right out front!

I love this theater. I've attended a few unique indie movies here that aren't shown on the franchise theater screens. The price is very affordable and their concessions is even more affordable. It's a small theater but very clean and well kept up. My fiancé's company even rented the theater out for their company to showcase their companies new marketing videos. This is definitely a hidden gem in central Kansas.
