Aquarius Greenbelt

We've been using this company for a few years now, and all has been decent service. However this year when we were de-winterizing our irrigation system, they destroyed a whole side of our holly bush that has been in place since 1959. While we understand that (tha already trimmed tree), has to be snipped a bit to manage the water system. There was no need for them to maniacally chop off 4.5 feet off the side of the bush. The manager/owner 'Jeff' didn't take any accountability over what occurred and even said that we gave permission to do this and that we said "do whatever it takes to get the job done." Unfortunately, we don't know who they spoke to since we weren't home when they did this to our property. Few things missing here, good honesty, communication and accountability. If you want to deal with scoundrels then this is the right company, if you seek good honest customer service go elsewhere.

Floyd HPark City2013 I had Aquarius install the sprinkler system for me. I had 2 separate think the issues the first month. The first was fixed no problem but the second I think it was the owner and he seemed a little upset. He did his thing and while in the house he received a phone call and the nest thin I know he was leaving the development. He left my gate open (we have two dogs) and did not inform me he was leaving. 2013 Yesterday I found a leak in one of the sprinklers so I dug it up and found that they used a rubberzed type tube with a fitting that will not allow me to add a riser. Need to call another sprinkler company to fix my problem. Is aquarius listed with BBB?

I called Aquarius Greenbelt to evaluate and repair 3 stations that were not working on my system. A representative came out to look at my system. When I returned home the system was turned off. There was no note or message telling me what was wrong and needed to be done. I called the next day to ask. I was told the valves were bad and the parts could not be ordered and he didn't have time to fix it. I am ok with your too busy but a little common courtesy would have been appreciated.

I have used their service for many years, they turn on and off my sprinkler system each season. I have found the company friendly and helpful and never experienced a problem. I am in the process of selling my home and will recommend them to the new owner.
