Appraisal Service Of Mid Kansas

Did an amazing job evaluated 4 of our rental properties and determined their "real value" which for 3 was way less than the county appaisal saving us thousands in property tax. They were organized, easy to work with, speedy, and emailed me the results. Which was awesome to have them in digital form not just the hard copy. The amount in taxes we saved in 1 year more than paid for the service.

Do not use this company. Closing was purposefully delayed by Karen over chipped paint. She finds the smallest thing so that she has to come back out. She also charges each time she has to come back out. She also doesn't file her reports in a timely manner. She's making a killing off veterans. She's not personable at all. If you ask any questions she threatens to report you to the VA. Stay far away if you want to actually buy a house.

The lack of professionalism we experienced with Karen was unacceptable. She would not return a single phone call and multiple requests had to be sent to get her to go preform her job. She cost 2 families a lot of time, money and heartache. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
