This company will put a lean on your house if you don't pay your bill . My late ex- didn't pay the bill and is being charged entrest daily. He died in December of 2018. We have been trying to sell our house but is now unsellable because they have put this awful lean on it. We didn't get anything when he died. The only thing left was the house. Now there's no money left either from the sale. I don't see how this kind of thing is permitted. It is not my bill. Nor does it belong to my children who were depending on this as heirs, and me as an ex wife. They are trying to take me to court. Do not use them. They're awful.

Dishonest and expensive. If your appliance doesn't work after they leave, then good luck getting them to come back. They charged my mother 350.00 for a repair that most places in town charge 180 when asked for a quote.

My mother's furnace went out, and she called these guys. They told her it was one thing, replaced it, and charged her. The furnace still didn't work. They told her it was another thing and left for the day. Trying to save money, she bought the part and installed it herself. The furnace still didn't work. She called this company again, Terri said he would come out that day. He never showed, and now is dodging my mother's calls. Summary- This company lied to my mother and left her in the cold!

First time using this company. Very professional and thoroughly cleaned my furnace. Technicians in the past open the panel, look in and say yup everything looks good. This company actually turns screws and removes parts to clean and inspect. He even crawled up the attic space to get to the unit and did a thorough inspection. I feel better knowing my family is safe to sleep at night with the furnace on. Thanks! See you in the spring!

Provider agreed to call 20 minutes before arrival so we could meet him at location of repair. He called at 11am stating "I'll be there in 2 minutes" .... when informed that it would be 20 minutes before we could get there he said, "just forget it then and hung up". The technician would not answer a return call and a call to Steve, the manager, got no results. When told that we were between a rock and a hard place because if they didn't come fix our oven today we'd have to wait another 2-3 days to schedule someone else his response was, "I don't care who you pick, why don't I refer you to someone else". So after waiting 3 days to get someone out, they hang up on us and choose not to provide service because we couldn't be there in 2 minutes when we had agreed upon a 20 minute call. The person living in this house will now be without an oven for at least another day while we get someone else.

Very unhappy with our service. Our a/c went out recently, and we were told it'd cost over $1,000 to repair it, or that it could be replaced for about $2200. A family friend stopped by, and for about $150 , cleaned the condenser out in about an hour, and we were up and running. Sure, it could fail next week, but we were lied to, and no attempt was made to solve the problem at a lower price.

It has been 3 months since I had an inoperable floor furnace removed and a window unit replaced with central heat and air.The technician that came to my house impressed me by noticing a few details such as where my wife liked to relax after a day at work to insure the best location of the register in that room. There were other existing problems that no one else noticed but he found them almost immediately and discussed them and helped me reach the best system for our house.The installers went right to work on the day scheduled and kept at it all day each day. I wasn't sure we could heat this old house this well but we have never been more comfortable throughout the house. After the initial installation we did have a few problems in the beginning but we remained confident because they responded immediately and went all out to be sure the unit and installation was tip top. This has been a cold winter and the unit has not had a problem at all. I would not hesitate to call these folks again for future work.

Wish they had less than 1 star. Rude, won't call even when you give them multiple numbers & will argue with you vs just getting back out to do their job.

Horrible service and worse modern appliance knowledge. Responsive to come out but after causing damage to my refrigerator and not knowing how to fix the original problem, have been avoiding us to fix the damage ever since.
