If I could give 0 stars I would. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait to be seated despite multiple open tables. They did end up seating us within a few minutes, (in the same tables that were open the entire time) however we sat at the table for nearly 45 minutes without so much as a word from any wait staff. They gave us menus and never came back. The people that were seated within a minute or so before us were almost finished with their meal before we were even spoken to. We left and no one even noticed.Editing to add... we went down the road to Chilis at rock and central and had 1000x better service! 10/10 recommend there instead!!

The waiter/bartender John M, is the rudest most obnoxious person and should not be serving in anyone's restaurant.It all started with his training approach to a new colleague who he (John) with a full bar of people felt it was necessary to scold and embarrass the trainee.Then I requested a to go order which arrived almost simultaneously as my appetizer.I asked for the order to be put back to stay warm while I finished my appetizer which took 45 mins to arrive. When I looked over to see that my food never made it to the back it was sitting on a cooler in the bar area.When I asked if that was my order sitting there he got very vocal and rude, going back and forth with me in a tone that definitely does not depict customer service. Very unprofessional and shouldn't be serving in anyone's restaurant

We do not frequent Applebees, but after a long day driving in the midst of storms and wildfires we stopped in here for late night dinner before checking into our hotel and let me say....KYLA!!!!! Bartender was amazing! She was on top of it. From kitchen to tables she multi tasked and made sure everyone was taken care of. Even when other staff was supposed to be taking care of tables. Thank you Kyla for making our experience a great one.

Went to this Applebees on a Wednesday night at 8:30 as a group of 3. We ordered drinks from the bar and ordered food as well. Long story short, we never got our drinks. You would think within the hour and a half we were there the drinks would be the fastest to come out. Food was sub-par. Service was poor. Will not come here again and would not recommend. EXTREMELY unsatisfied. Short story long. Applebees has rats.

Was not very busy at all every waiter and waitress was sitting at tables it was that slow, our waitress was great, the food bad , chicken tenders were dried out and breaded very thick, the condiment cup of coleslaw was just cabbage and carrots no flavor from the watered down dressing my wife's bread stick was hard and dried out. Will find another place next time. Kind of a waste of a nice new building.

So basically i waited 2 hours just to order when there was little to no people other than myself,I ordered chicken alfredo and the first time is was dry so i sent it back,second time the noodles weren't even cooked!!! You can see this in the photo.then the manager wanted to be rude due to me making a complaint,mind you we waited 2 hours!!! Might as well just make a homecooked meal, come here at the risk of uncooked food and bad customer service....Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5

I would give 0 stars if I could. We went to eat with a party of 10. (It was a get together with family from out of town) Only a 15 minute wait but split into 2 booths. Then nothing for 10 minutes. Finally our waiter comes and apologizes and says they're really busy. Ha! Our side of the restaurant had about six tables occupied and the other side two. 10 minutes later he finally takes our drink order consisting of 5 sodas, 1 iced tea, 2 waters , 2 draft beers, 2 margaritas and 1 appetizer. 10 minutes later he apologizes again for the wait and says he will bring us free chips and salsa. A few minutes later someone else brings us two little plates with chips and about a quarter cup of salsa, FOR 10 people! and still no drinks! We waited a while longer and said enough. By then we had been there for about 45-50 minutes. We asked for the manager. He came out a few minutes later and we complained and said we were just going to leave (we still had no drinks) and he said "Whatever, do want you want" and turned around and walked away. ( Real professional dude!) So we left! and will never go back again *** on a side note, the booth across from us had nothing when we were seated. They received drinks, an appetizer, more drinks, their food (steaks) and they were done eating their meal when we left and we still didn't have drinks.
