Your average neighborhood Applebee's. Food was about par for the course. Service was OK to an extent... seemed like the server's shift ended just as we came in and they were not too keen on serving our table. Seemed annoyed that we took a while to wrap up our conversation and pay our bill. Oh well.

This location is open again! We are sitting here enjoying . 25 wings and loaded waffle fries. Not sure when it reopened, but we are taking advantage of the cheap wings today!It is nice and cool in here. The music is not too loud and the waitress was friendly and helpful. As always, the food is tasty and plentiful.

Went to Applebees tonight. The first time since they reopened The serve was fair and the price was about what I expectedBut I ordered the prime rib dip with no cheese. I'm very allergic to cheese. After one bit I saw cheese I could not find the server (and they were bit busy. He having a drink of soda and talking to his team mates)The manager was to busy to talk to me about the mistake I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not be back

I always go to Applebee's when on the road for work as they have some good healthy food options and of course some good beers on tap. This one was no exception I ordered salmon with broccoli which is my favorite and it was perfect, that's why I come to Applebee's as they are very consistent for the most part. Great place for conversations as well at the bar.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any of their locations. I always get a ribeye and this one came with absolutely no flavor or spice of any kind. My dad and I ordered the exact same thing but his was flavor-filled tender and delicious as is the typical experience. I wish I could show a photo to show the extreme difference. The manager came to the table to let me know they had to cool them in different ways. They did not even try to make it right.

I went to Applebee's in Andover and the food was pretty good I had a crispy chicken salad and it seemed really good but the only thing that bothers me was I had kind of got sticky on the table so I took out my hand sanitizer and a napkin because I figured I'd just washed down the table. And that was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life I even took a picture of it I even left napkin on the table thinking a manager or somebody would come by to see it but when I wipe the table down you could see my whole handprint and it was just covered with filth that came off that table so it kind of makes me wonder if the tables are that nasty then how nasty is the kitchen. Which is bad because Applebee's is always been a fairly good place to eat so I may have to start rethinking where I eat at Applebee's if they're not going to take better care of their tables.

This poor restaurant is trying to cook steaks through a conveyor type heater like they used to cook pizzas! I was told that the restaurant is a test kitchen for the franchise. Steaks belong on grills!! My steak looked like it was boiled. Great service. Don't order the steak.

This Applebee's is understaffed and horribly slow. Every time we order takeout, it takes an hour to get our food. We wait 30 minutes before going, then sit in the To Go stall for another 30 minutes. Nobody acknowledges you. You go inside to inquire and the few staff they have working are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Nobody knows what is going on. 50% of the time they get our order wrong. So frustrating. This location is poorly managed and it's reflected in their service.

Applebees in general isn't very good. But this was especially bad. We were told the bartender was a no call no show but that the drinks would still be good. So we ordered, and then proceeded to watch a very confused employee struggle to find out how to make our cocktails. Our waiter came over and informed us that they didn't have enough of the alcohol to make one of the drinks. So instead we just ordered a shot. Then that same employees struggled for a long time to make a shot of patron. She looked very confused. 10 minutes later our waiter came back and said they were still working on it. And eventually we just canceled the order for it. The waitress then brought us our ticket even though we said we were going to order some more food. Then near the end of the meal they brought over the shot.
