Apex Lawn Irrigation

I contacted multiple irrigation companies to convert my sprinkler system to my well. Apex was the only one to even return my call. They were prompt and completed the work in a timely manner.

Called for a quote to activate my sprinkler system. They said it would be $89! No way I'm hiring this company. They must not want new customers.

I contacted Apex today regarding work they did for the HOA in my neighborhood. The reason for my reaching out was because while trying to find the issue at hand the tech dug in my backyard where I just planted new grass 6-8 weeks ago. My new grass is now completely ruined, and my house is on the market! I was told by Penny (very rude and talked so loud the person in the office next to me could hear what she was saying) that they were hired by HOA and I would have to take it up with them, Apex would not fix it without direction from the HOA. The tech was so careful with his work he even left his cigarette lighter in my grass for my dogs to get!

When I asked for a quote, Apex was prompt to get out. Although I had to wait, the installation was smooth, and they did a great job. (Every other company I called also had the same kind of wait time.). The guy who came out to do a post-installation check and "train" me was thorough and professional. When I had an issue and realized I was probably doing something wrong, I called again, and the guy who came out was also very thorough and professional. Apex's office staff is also great. I highly recommend this company.

This company has no integrity, and they leave their unskilled employees unsupervised to do sprinkler system installations. They botched the entire job and made me pay for it or threatened they were going to put a lien on my house. This was even before sending me a bill. Not only that but Luke the supervisor was extremely angry and hyperventilating the entire time using bad language and calling my mother names including myself for questioning how bad the installation was. Luke the supervisor maliciously dumped a bunch of dirt inside of my valve box on top of that after the job was done to get back at me for questioning the work. I would not recommend these people, I would actually recommend that their license be removed. Rain Bird said that they will be removing them from their list of authorized installers. Photos are of the dirt's clods left on the lawn. Which is what the supervisor used to maliciously fill my valve box with. You can also see what it looked like before he filled it with dirt and after he filled it with dirt.

Of all the irrigation companies we have used, and there are quite a few, this one is our favorite. They are on time, courteous, and their repair crews really know what they are doing. They are fast and efficient. They accomplish repairs in about half the time of other services. Highly recommend.
