I have used this company for over 20 moves. Last move they did was to move a few items from my home to their place. JIM owner was told how to pack and amoire so not to damage has been in family for over 100 years. And for sure they didn't do what I requested. He told me a charge of 20 and when I picked up he charged me 350. I showed him the text all he said was things change. Certainly will not use him again

Thank you for the fantastic service! This is the third time I have used your company, my mother is there Wichita , I am up here in Minnesota. It's great to know when she needs something moved around her home that you are there to take care of her! Always fantastic service, with the highest compliments from my mother! Who by the way is not always the easiest to please. :-)

They were extremely slow to get their full 8 hours of work in. One guy was experienced and tried to get the other two to work and stop playing around. If you do not have a person following them around then they just stood around until you caught them.They played with our sons nerf guns in the truck.We're "unable" to get a fridge into the residence and a desk into a bedroom because they were too large if items. These were normal size items and one of our doors is a wide door. Employee referred to us in derogatory terms when he thought we could not hear. This was the same employee that was playing with nerf guns and kept stopping to try and have conversations. We only wanted them taking big items into the residence all other items were to go into the garage. 20 steps from truck to garage.

I had good experience the first time and second time I used this company. The third time it was terrible. I called 3 mo in advance the guy and looked at our furniture and mailed me a written quote. He then came a second time about 4 days before scheduled move. He called to tell me "You can't afford me" told me it would cost 980 - 1150. The written quote was for: 2 men,$100 and hr. 4-5 hrs and 5% senior discount. He wouldn't let me talk told me I was too picky and wanted fast and cheap, I never even said any of that. We went with 2 men and a truck cost $680. total and they were so great to step in 4 days before we were scheduled to move. Don't use these guys, they are rude, and disrespectful.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Upon setting up the date Jim asked me 3 times if I was going to be at the residence upon the agreed time, which I assured him I would. After waiting for over 30 minutes after the agreed time I called and Jim said " Oh, are you ready to due this today??? He said that they were running "way behind". I said I expected a discount since he broke our agreement and said that he " would not discount a cent". I fired him and of course then I was left in the lurch. You would be better off hiring homeless people to help with your move than this so called company. Two men and a truck is so much more professional. 0 stars.

I contacted Wichita Moving and Storage Apartment Movers after having an unprofessional experience with another company. Jim was extremely pleasant to deal with and provided excellent customer service and was very responsive. I will use Wichita Moving and Storage for all my future moves and will be recommending him to others.

This place is the absolute worst. The owner Jim is a condescending asshole. I wouldn't reccomend this moving company to my worst enemy. The do a very shotty job, including ruining most of my furniture and ruining the walls at my new house. They refused to fix any of it and wouldn't accept responsibility for any of it. They said they wold accept a credit card and then called me and changed their mind the day before the move. Very professional. They will only take CASH. Ridiculous. No check, or credit. I don't know about you but I don't walk around with 1700 dollars cash the day before a move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT SCREWED. Oh and PS. They changed the price of my original quote by several hundred dollars at the very last minute. Completely unprofessional.

I would give 0 stars if I could, this place was so awful. First they show up and look over everything, then took 30 minutes to set up before loading, they then loaded a few items and sat and smoked in the truck with my items in there. My items are from a smoke free home, I am pregnant and not wanting smoke anywhere near me. They moved a treadmill and damaged the carpet and walls in the house we were renting which the landlord then charged us for, and we have kept that place in perfect condition as we were the first renters. They then took a lunch with the truck and disappeared. They finally show up at our new house and damage/scuff up multiple walls, don't listen to me and put stuff where ever they wanted and not on the floor it belonged. They wanted to take my used grill through the house across my wood floors to the deck instead of inside my house. They took so long it cost way more than expected. I asked them what they were going to do about the damage at the rental house and he proceeded to yell at me and call his boss saying she is refusing to pay. Also denied that they did any damage. He was so disrespectful and awful we had a guy from the cable company at the house setting up the internet that when he left he told us he would 100% vouch with how awful this person was to us. When I spoke with the owner he said he would come to the rental and see for himself, he came by then said nah nothing is wrong and would not answer our calls after that. Never again, do not use this company.
