Apache Motel & the Gift Shop

I've been staying at the Apache motel for years (15) for an annual family reunion. In the old days the "unique charm" was part of the experience. It has gotten updated by new owners over the past couple of years. Now, it's really a nice place to stay.See you soon!

My wife and I stayed at the Apache Motel for two non-consecutive nights during our recent stay in Rich Hill, MO. Our room was very clean, and the AC was cold. Shower and toilets had good water pressure. The TV was modern and had the hookups for our devices so we could watch stuff on our own gear. The night stand had USB chargers for our phones. The bed was comfortable, and had fresh clean sheets both nights we stayed there. They had an ice machine just outside our room.The owners were very hospitable to us, and we will definitely stay here again when we return.

IMMACULATE and CHARMING Motel. Located just off the highway.... This roadside spot is perfect for a night if your passing through or need a quiet weekend in the country! This little place is more than meets the eye....They even have a pond out back you can hike around and enjoy nature. The rooms were extremely clean and cozy. Rooms have obviously been updated and a minifridge/microwave to use which was convenient. And for you pet loving travelers...they are pet friendly! I would stay here again.

Hate this effing damed hotel. I'd be more than happy to give it 0 stars. Came with a large family for a graduation in Butler and we happen to see this. All the non-smoking rooms were full and lady at the front desk said she would clean the rooms we rented while we went to visit family. When we came back 6+ hours later, the room smelled bad. When i layed on the bed, it smelled strongly of wet dog and cologne. It was nauseating! We asked for some extra sheets and she seemed upset and only gave us 2. I only got 2 hrs of sleep due to the pungent odor. The only thing that made me a little happy was these pamphlets about Jesus that were on the dresser.When we checked out the next day, I was literally jumping with joy. I'd rather sleep in a box than that piece of $#!% hotel.

We came out to Rich Hill to visit friends in Hume. The room we got was clean neat and decent beds. It is a small place and it is not a big corporate property. The owners were very nice and they did anything we asked for. I was a little hesitant but after one night ( we are staying several nights) we will stay here whenever we come through here Try it you will not be disappointed. Furniture seemed new and fit and finish was quite good!!
