Another Lady's Treasure

Window shopped here on a Sunday a few weeks ago after eating breakfast. Inquired about an item, and the lady working was very rude! She should change careers and be a bill collector! Too bad, it's a cute shop, but customer service goes a long way in my opinion.

I went into the store for the first time yesterday. At first I was excited to find a new place to shop. And then I heard the owner speak to an elderly lady who had come in. She was extremely rude and dismissive of the lady. My sister asked the owner about a sale sign. She was sarcastic and rude to my sister. We left the store and agreewe wod never shop there 100% based on the owners attitude. I can only assume that she does not want business

It was a nice store until I got told I could not take in my backpack purse she was very rude and persistent was rude to have my other friends she kept looking at us like we were going to steal something

The lady was extremely rude for no reason. Me and my friends came in to thrift and she immediately gave us rude looks and followed us everywhere. I felt extremely uncomfortable and uninvited by this lady and so did the people I was with. Also, everything there was extremely expensive. A worn pair of flats should NOT be $16. The lady working should not be so disrespectful towards some kids just trying to get some nice clothing. This is the WORST thrifting experience I have ever had and I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever. The worker or possible owner of this place should definitely fix her attitude. DON'T FOLLOW INNOCENT KIDS AROUND A THRIFT STORE. We did NOTHING wrong.

This store is my "happy place"! I seldom shop at retail stores any more because I find so many cute outfits at Another Lady's Treasure. The store owner, Tana, is so helpful and always tells me honestly if an outfit looks good or not. The prices are good and the clothing selection is amazing!

DO NOT consign with Tana as several of my items were "lost" at the end of my consignment period. Two of several items that couldn't be found are sterling silver rings. She puts sterling silver in a locked display case and although they were not in there she told me they could be anywhere in the store. When I asked her where else besides at the front of the store with the rest of the jewelry they could be she became impatient and rude with me. It was clear after searching the entire store and her tone, the "missing" items (other jewelry/clothing) would not be found. I thought possibly a clerical error however she insisted if they were sold, it would be in her records as sold. I left feeling ripped off & bullied.On a humorous side note, since I had to walk around the entire store & search each rack for my items that didn't sell, I used a pen that was on the counter by the register to mark off on sheet of paper my items as I found them. One of many pens on the counter. Guess it was her special pen because she asked me midway through my search "did you take my pen off the counter?"

1. Articles were EXPENSIVE. You can get same quality for a lot less many other places--EVEN NEW! Who would want to pay MORE when it's used in the first place?2. Owner is rude and uppity with unnecessary comments and also pushing product.I'd been looking forward to visiting for some time, couldn't manage, finally did with a visiting sister-in-law who thought the same thing about the owner!

Great selection - professional owner always remembers customers and the styles we like. There is always a good selection of upper end purses and accessories, and clothing is mostly mid-upper scale - I have been shopping here since she opened almost 10 years.
