I posted this review on Google and their response was best of luck to you have a great weekend, with no apology or offer of explanation. I have been to a couple vets many times and have never experienced anything this bad. Here was my experience on 3/28/24 Terrible service period. What's the point of scheduling an appointment, when they double and triple schedule appointments at the same time as mine. Took almost 40 mins to see the vet for the exam then I walked out the door after being there for 50mins and the vet did her 2 minute exam. When doing the exam, didn't thoroughly look her over and I had to point out where the areas were she was having skin problems. This vet is a joke, they charge a deposit because they provide terrible service and are overpriced. I will continue taking her to auburn hills even though I have to drive to the other side of town, this place is worthless.

ref: my cat Bobby after being treated by them for a lung condition has passed tonight ..just all of a sudden couldn't breath and suffocated to death with in minutes and it seemed very painful for him... no biggie right they got their approximately 300 to 400+$ 3 times from me for labs... this is the 3rd beloved pet I've heartbreakingly lost after their care .. two probably couldn't be avoided as they had illnesses that were most likely terminal Bobby passed with-in days of treatment Paid extra for tests to be sent off.. died before the paid extra labs came backMikey misdiagnosed paid extra for labs to be sent off.. redid the original labs on a revisit because his status hadn't changed.. had to be put to sleep.. before the paid extra labs came backLil Bit.. passed within a day of treatment paid extra for labs to be sent off.. had to be put to sleep.. before the paid extra labs came back.. Do we see a pattern here? Don't have my pets.. but they got paid .. I was quoted by the Dr. when I questioned about the test for Mikey.. "don't put this on me " she said Brought in another cat for a cold.. Baby Button, they gave antibiotics and said they would call and check on her ..never did.. luckily it cleared up. was also suppose to call and schedule her shots.. never did.. Shes my only cat that has survived a visit to this vet. I do admit their front desk staff and the nurse I talked to when i picked up Bobby seemed very caring and they did a follow up.. anything else good to say don't think so.. i'll find another vet.. this last loss is the final last straw.. I really tried with them

I've never had a problem with this vet. The prices are reasonable and affordable! I love how they have a pet portal that way I can see what was done and what is recommended for my cats next appointment. Nail trims are expensive though... Don't pay $21 for a nail trim it's easy to do yourself! As of right now they only offer curbside. Be patient if you choose this vet - they are very popular and often times over booked but they get the job done!

I would give this vet zero stars if I could. I can't believe the lack of accountability and compassion. I bought a puppy from Petland and this vet is their partner, well in order to activate his pet warranty I had to take him to the vet within four business days, at the vet I asked for additional tests because of the breed of dogs that I have I know there's the possibility of congenital issues. So I order an x-ray and a parVo test just to be safe on top of the exam included. Petland issued a seven day antibiotic system to ensure the puppy didn't have anything or bring anything home with him, so we finished that the day before we went to the vet. Three days after we left the vet he started developing a cough, so I called the vet immediately and let them know what's going on and they tell me if it persists to call back because he had an appointment with them the following Friday for vaccinations. So his cough was getting very very bad this morning and I brought him to the vet immediately at 8 AM and they issued a cough suppressant and antibiotic. Well the puppy had a severe severe allergic reaction and swole up so fast that I was terrified he was going to pass away, I tried calling the vet and no one answered so I called the emergency vet and they told me to take him to the nearest vet immediately, so I do, and he's actually there right now and I called this vet that gave the medication to see if they were going to help pay for the treatment and they told me no that he didn't get kennel cough from them and that there was nothing they could do to help because I didn't take him there. I was supposed to risk losing my puppy to drive him all the way across town to get treatment there instead of them just being compassionate and doing the right thing and helping and understanding the situation, horrible horrible horrible customer service and I know a lot of people so I will be making sure that the word gets around.
