Andy's Frozen Custard

this is a long over due and unfortunate review i have to make but i'm able to acknowledge being in a difficult positioni posted a review years ago about the experience that huge custard was "soup" cause it melted way too fast and that the ordering process was too convoluted but i also didn't mention the things they did well as a review should see a business from any perspective as well because they are not in business to solely appease me; over the years, my family has enjoyed their products and most importantly my dog Boba who probably was most of the reason of why i came by so much (apart from other family members)i did not know at the time for what andy's was supposed to symbolize; it's not about the flashy lights and whether or not you should only treat yourself a small instead of a jumbo, but it's about connection; the opportunity to connect and for me i knew my Boba would be first in line if there was a remote chance to go for some custard. it only took me losing him to hemangiosacoma to acknowledge that he would never be satisfied until he got some custard and i loved how he showed his personality while he slurpped his way through and the staff never questioned about me getting samples for the 80th time this monthi will never get the opportunity to get that time with my baby boy ever again but i'm thankful that Andy's was able to allow him to experience it and for us to share it together

Stopped at this Andy's in Kansas on the way back from Colorado The line was so long. Not sure if there was something going on since it was Sunday.We went up to the window and only waited for like 20 min total from line,to order to getting our desserts. The staff was friendly. I used my app to get reward points and they offer military discount. Some Andy's it is 50% some 10%-20%.Either way, we got our orders, our discounts and a whole lot of deliciousness. We always get the best feeling when we leave Andy's because everything is always so good. We love this place and you should too. Fresh ingredients, great prices, creamy custard...limitless possibilities.

Ozark Turtle Sundae is a classic favorite for me. It's my go-to whenever my sweet tooth cravings kick in. I also love the Strawberry Shortcake Sundae when it's in season. I'm always amazed at how fast they get our order done!

I don't normally write reviews unless they're good but... today was a little bit of a doozy. The older gentleman just is not here for customer service I guess. The custard was great though.

I ordered a Oreo blizzard and this is what I got. There's barely any Oreos. not worth over five dollars.

This place was new to me, but I heard great things.There is usually a line, as its drive-through only, or a walk-up window.There is no 'original' to try here, so I got a concrete with Oreos.They made it almost faster than I could pay. You order at the window and they make it right then, which is unique.The menu is huge, but only has custard, which is amazing. So many combo options.The custard was really good, very smooth, creamy, not overly sweet.Generous topping and mix-ins of Oreo in my concrete.Probably good we don't have one where I live or I might be tempted to stop by sooner than later.

I'd asked for a medium waffle cone, vanilla ice cream, with sprinkles. They blended it all in a cup? They've never ever done this. Terrible.

Love it!!! Unfortunately, this is within walking distance of our home so we frequent A LOT!! Everything is so good! James Brownie is my favorite. My husband usually likes getting the seasonal favorite which is usually some sort of pie concrete. Kids try different things. It's my dogs favorite place...we can't seem to walk past this place without my dogs wanting to get their "pup cone". They only downside is the sizing for someone wanting just a little treat. I just wish they offered a mini size of the concretes. I can usually only eat half of my small concrete.

Their custards are always delicious. Customer service was great! It took no time at all to receive our order.

I ordered a pumpkin pie concrete with extra pumpkin and they girl tried telling me that they can't blend it together but she can give me a slice of pie on the side... like what?Also, the guy taking orders outside said he was going to put a note of the extra pumpkin, obviously didn't. Just pure laziness.I then went to the window and told them to remake it.
