Andover Family Medicine

We have had Dr. Lindsey Landers as our physician for several years. When the kids are sick, we get in that day. She stays until all of our questions are asked. She doesn't make you feel like a number. I never have felt rushed when we are there. The practice is so close to our house that it doesn't like road trip with a sick or hurt child. Living in Andover that is such a plus!

Dr Landers has been our family doctor for years. We still visit her, even after moving to Newton, because she's worth the drive. I've never felt disrespected or rushed. She's very compassionate and supportive when you're struggling.

Ms Landers - apparently sincere and professional initially however after many visits was NOT anything of the sort to my family. She is RUDE, arrogant, sarcastic and unprofessional - apparently some staff also adopted her 'attituide'. Will NEVER go back there again. Some staff members were quite courteous, others were apologetic for Ms Landers attitude.

I would definitely NOT recommend Dr. Landers. She rushed me out the door without even listening to me. She actually interrupted me as I was explaining that I had already been to an ENT to rule out sinus trouble to send me to an ENT to see if it was sinus trouble. I waited for an hour to get less than 10 minutes of face time during which she was dismissive and rude. She then charged me over $200 for doing nothing at all.
