I was rear ended a few weeks ago, Andover Auto Body was on my list of shops accepted by my insurance. I picked them because they are close to where I live and I'm glad I chose them to fix my vehicle. They were quick, efficient, had great communication throughout the process. The work was done flawlessly!

We first met Trey when we made our very first-ever visit to Andover Auto Body in November 2022. He was very knowledgeable, and we were confident our vehicle was in good care. In fact, he was very diligent in his communications and treated us with the utmost professionalism. Additionally, his skills as a project manager and his excellent customer service were perfectly showcased as he met our needed repair timeline during a busy holiday season. Andover Auto Body is GREAT! My wife needed major hail dent repair done to her 2021 Challenger, her pride and joy. So we took it to a near by Progressive approved dealership to get the estimate and work started. We did not make the treck to Wichita as we live in the country but after we received a quote from the estimator that I thought was low, I talked to the dealership and they said that we could do a piece meal and fix the items that we wanted to get fixed that would be covered by the insurance money. My wife was devastated. The thought of her new car being damaged for ever just because the insurance company low balled the cost tore her up inside. We waited hoping that there would be another hail storm that could give us a better chance, but to no avail. That is when one of my wife's coworkers mentioned their experience at Andover Auto Body. They said that they had a great experience and even offered them a loaner car during the repairs. That is something that was not even mentioned at the dealership in Newton. So I went there in hopes of getting even a slightly better plan to get the damage repaired. From the start the staff was very polite and concerned for my happiness. They mentioned that they could re-estimate the damage and see what they could do with the insurance company. I was surprised when they quickly called me to inform me that they improved on the estimate that I received from Newton of the $5,200 claim. They were able to communicate with my insurance company and convince them that there was well over $10,000 worth of damage. So what I thought was going to be a chunk of money coming out of my pocket to repair my wife's car wound up to be all covered by my insurances payout of coverage! I, like many people now, am very busy and could not imagine having to deal with the insurance company to haggle with them. Andover did it all! They exceeded all my expectations and made my wife the happiest car owner in the world! But enough about what they saved me; their work was phenomenal and they communicated with us throughout the process. They had our vehicle for two weeks due to getting new parts shipped in but they delivered our repaired vehicle well before I thought it would be done. Matter of fact, they completed our car on our 25th anniversary so my wife felt that she received a new car for our anniversary. Thank you for that Andover Auto Body. We will definitely return for all our repair needs, even if we have to travel 45 miles from home. It is worth it! I recommend that you call them and give them a chance to earn your business.
