My family stayed at Flagstop in a cabin the weekend after the 4th of July, and we ate at Anchor Inn on both Friday and Saturday night. The food is very similar to what you would find in a bar, and everything I had was great! Due to the menu being small, it's very easy for the staff to get the food out quickly and you don't have to spend forever waiting around. We never waited more than 20 minutes for a table of 6. Speaking of the service, our waitress was great, and we had her both nights we were there. She got our orders taken right away and was always making sure our drinks were full. We had Fried Pickles, Fried Mushrooms, and Mozzarella Sticks for appetizers, and it didn't take long for them to disappear. I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries for my main entree both nights and it tasted great - props to the chef for the perfectly cooked burger! The entire restaurant was also recently rennovated and now has a very modern feel to it compared to what it used to look like. If you're looking for a place to eat and unwind after a long day on the lake, then look no further!

I had a handmade pizza here last summer and let me tell you, it was amazing! I loved the home-y place and the servers were so nice!

Family owned! Homemade food! Delicious food with great company. They are only open for the warm part of the year, but everyone should try it at least once. I think you'd go again!
