Rude, and all around negative experience. We ended up leaving without even test driving because of the level of rudeness. We will not return and will advise friends to stay away. I had the distinct impression that the sales"men" come from a culture where woman are second class citizens. When he found that we were buying for my wife and I was "allowed" her to voice her opinions he walked way. My checkbook had the same number of checks in it when we left as it did when we arrived.

They take pieces off one truck and put it on another they even put the wrong inner side mirror molding on my moms truck because they got it off a LT instead of an LTZ. You know part of it is my fault when I caught the wheel wobbling I told them and the axle was broke WHAT HAPPENED TO THE INSPECTION!! So yes I take partial fault we bought it because she was in love with a color RED! Come on though don't advertise and lie. I'm actually considering calling a lawyer because I have Massive bills of repair on this vehicle and My 71 year old mother has owned it for 9 months. Come on guys you need to stop lying in your adds. Provide a quality product and you will earn business and yes they are used but you should repair and clean up these trucks so people won't have issues because this is your name on the line. Seems like you don't even care. Not one call to check and see how she was doing after you knew you sold her a lemon.

Worked with Malik who gave me a fair price on a 05 F350 dually they had and bought truck as an out of state buyer. Worked with Emad on the actual purchase who said he wanted me to have a good experience so I could be a referral to other potential customers. I advised I was willing if everything worked out well. I was very disappointed by their execution of the sale & delivery and condition of the truck:-took almost 2 weeks to get the truck from KS to TN after I paid them in full, even taking into account I would regularly contact Emad-took almost 3 weeks to get all the signed paperwork and title after I paid them in full, even taking into account I would regularly contact Emad. -truck had a few significant flaws that weren't disclosed either in their ad nor during my correspondence with them as we negotiated a price and transacted the sale. In fact Malik said the truck was in very good condition and didn't need anything: -all 6 tires were worn and dry rotted. The truck had 2 bad vibrations that got worse above 40 MPH and made truck undrivable. I looked at all the tires and found the inner 2 of the DRW were a different brand and tread design than the outer 2. They were cupped and the belts were pushing out of the tire. I took it to a local respected tire shop who confirmed the above and said those 2 inner rear tires of the DRW were dated 2005 and were about to have the belts completely separate and shred away from the tire. If that had happened while I was driving it, it could have caused me to have an accident with potential injury to myself and/or others. I had to spend $1000 to get the least expensive 6 new tires I could find to make the truck drivable and safe. Replacing the tires didn't fix all the vibrations as more work will need to be done on the drivetrain to correct all of it. I hadn't allowed for this major expense right away after purchase. -truck had 6 metal studs welded to the roof of it, probably there to hold a roof light bar or "roof wind deflector" in its past, that was now removed. You couldn't see it in any of the photos. In person you can see them and are an eye sore. Now I am going to have to get them removed/ground down and the roof painted. Again I hadn't allowed for this significant expense after purchase. -truck had "ABS" light on even though Malik told me there were no "Check Engine" or other lights. -speedometer doesn't work! When I travel 75 MPH on the highway according to my GPS, the speedometer reads 20 MPH! -reverse lights don't workThe truck has also multiple minor flaws and areas of maintenance needed but am not holding that against them as that has to be expected with a used vehicle. However it was annoying to get a truck that you have to turn the steering wheel 45 degrees to the left to get it to steer straight. I had to spend $90 to get an alignment done to get the steering wheel and correct the bad toe in the truck had. I am very disappointed in them as the few important significant flaws should have been advised prior to purchase so I would be aware of them ahead of time, to decide either to not purchase or to proceed & allocate funds to fix these items right away. It took too long to get the vehicle and all the paperwork after payment was made, even including the fact that I was in regular contact with them asking for them to get things completed. I was really hoping to give them a 5 star review as wanted to have a good experience so I could have a place to buy for future needs. I also wanted to be able to help a good dealer get new customers. I can't do that now because of my very disappointing experience and would have to recommend out of state customers to stay away.

I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart in June. The owner wouldn't negotiate on price. We tried to negotiate just $500 off the $14,000. His counter offer was he would fill it up with gas. I've never purchased a car from a dealer where it's not filled up when you pick it up. He finally went down $90 and of course it was on empty when I picked it up. All 4 tires were 12 lbs below the recommended weight. I had to replace a tire immediately. I found out the Dodge UConnect phone system is not working and I need a new radio which will be $500. The bearings are possibly bad. My key fob has stopped working and since the emergency door key didn't come with the car I've been stranded and locked out of the car. I've come out to find my trunk open. It's due to the key fob being bad which is going to cost $250 to replace and I was only given one. I need 2 so I'll be spending $500 on key fobs, $600 on bearings, $500 on radio. I've already spent $150 on the new tire the week after buying it. The antenna is rusty and bad so radio stations don't come in. It's disheartening to buy a 9 year old car for $13,900 to find within 3 weeks of purchase it's going to need almost $2,000 in repairs. I thought because he wouldn't budge on the price it must be in great condition. For the most part it is. Low miles, clean outside and inside. But I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known I'd have to spend so much money on it right after getting it. The fact they couldn't even air up the tires or clean the inside of the car says a lot about the dealership. They want to charge top dollar but don't do anything to the car. It wasn't even washed. They do have a great selection of cars. I suggest if you are looking at one to take it to a mechanic first. And like I mentioned be prepared to vacuum and clean the inside and wash it. Check the air in the tires and you will have to fill it up yourself.

I recently bought a car from here... and WOW! It was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had! We bought an outstanding Ford Fiesta, at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this car dealership. The service and hospitality was impressive, and I felt very welcome.

They sold me a 2007 Silverado which appeared to be in very good shape at the time. Less than 2 weeks into ownership the check engine light popped on. After further review with my scanner, it turns out they cleared the check engine light and sold me the truck. After arguing with me and calling me a liar multiple times they finally agreed to "fix it". Their "mechanic" took it back and cleared the check engine light without doing any work and called me to pick it up. 2 weeks later the check engine light obviously popped back on again due to the system reading the code again, but they refused to help because I was outside of my 30 day warranty by that point. For obvious reasons they just kept clearing it until they didn't have to help me anymore. On top of that they didn't disclose a pretty severe electrical problem that I have been fighting to fix for months. The icing on the cake is that they put a junkyard transfer case in the truck when they got it, this was disclosed to me. However, they told me it was on a 3 year warranty and that if I had any problems they would fix it for me immediately. Seeing as I have had no need for 4wd during the summer I had not tested the transfer case. Last night I decided to test it out. The transfer case was humming, grinding, and binding up on itself. So I called today to get it fixed. It turns out that they admittedly lied to me about the warranty and it was only 90 days. They refused to help and said that it was no longer their problem. I have purchased 17 vehicles during my life and this is the only dealership I have ever had a problem with. This is the sketchiest dealership I have ever been to and if I could help just 1 person to not go there I would call it a win. These peoples are about as evil as you can find and I will never go within 10 miles of that place again. They also bombard you while you are there to write them good reviews as if they are a great dealership. The owner brags about having the best reviews the whole you are doing you're financing paperwork. Good reviews from fake accounts that he obviously has family and employees write from spam accounts. Disgusting. Please take my advice and never go there.
