I give this a zero rating in stars. When I bought my furniture it was super easy. The staff was friendly and loud. They said it would be two weeks until everything arrived and I was okay with that. Covid-19 came and they shut down without giving me a heads up that I wouldn't receive my items at the time frame they gave me. They opened back up and I wouldn't had known if I didn't ride by one random day. I ordered in mid March finally got a refund beginning of June. That was the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I was very dissatisfied.

I was told that I would pay no interest if paid off within the 90 days. I was paying off the debt very quickly and was on schedule to pay off one week before the time was off. Next thing you know I am hit with additional sales tax and a 50$ pay off early fee. What a rip off! I called the company for clarification and was told that I should have had this explained to me and that's the way it works. Friendly, great service, good selection. My go to place for all my appliance needs.. During this crisis they are practicing good social distancing and they all wear masks. I highly recommend them if you are looking for any type of home appliance.

I bought a dishwasher and got a great price but believe they did a bait and switch. I thought I was buying the dishwasher I looked at which did not have damage on the front. They wrapped it when I was outside getting the truck and I discovered when I got home it had a defect that popped part of an inset out. This was not on the machine I looked at or I would have noticed. If treated fairly I would have been a return customer and told friends but...

I looked at and bought a dishwasher and got a great price. I believe they pulled a bait and switch as the dishwasher I looked at did not have damage to the front panel that made the top strip actually stick out but the one I unwrapped at home did. It is difficult for me to get back out there to get an exchange. If I had been treated in a different way they would have a repeat customer and I would have told my friends but... Trust your gut as these people were outwardly friendly.
