AMC DINE-IN Manhattan 13

We really enjoy this location for many reasons! This is a nice clean theater as most AMC theaters are. It also has the dine in option and a bar, so it is really nice being able to enjoy a beer or wine with a movie. They also have great reclining seats and customized popcorn. I enjoy the caramel corn. We look forward to going back soon!!

This theatre is always clean and the staff friendly. Went to one in New Mexico and it was very dirty and made me appreciate this one

Really Nice Theater This Is The Only One We Go To! Like The Fact They Have A Bar & Serve food! Staff Is Always Friendly & Helpful! We Have A Few Favorite's. I really like the fact you can put butter on your own popcorn. Never been to a movie Theater that has that so yeah I was excited about that as well. I like the fact the bathrooms are clean.

They are rude about asking you to wear mask and medical experts on how to wear themAfter being chased down by employee and we was not even close to anyone.. manager comes over can't hear him thru mask I told him I couldn't hear him. He got fiery mad.

There is quite a large difference between my usual theater in Salina and this one, unfortunately this one charges an extra 4$ a ticket... because it's fancier and they serve you at your seat...unfortunately due to COVID they don't serve you at your seat while still charging the same. Also don't bother renewing your stubs premiere membership, this theater will not let you skip or provide any benefit for having the membership. I would have rated one star but you know it's COVID and they got two stars for being open on the first place.

My times in the theatre have been ok however the no longer have the 2024 popcorn buckets and don't intend to have them.I stopped in to buy a popcorn bucket yesterday. The attendant took my cash and processed the sale. When he went to get the bucket from the back he then told me they were out. The manager had to process my refund however said that they should be back in stock today.When I called today I was told (Jason answered my call) that since they didn't want to get stuck with buckets they couldn't sell they were not stocking them any more so if you didn't get your bucket sometime earlier than now you are SOL until the 2025 buckets come in in, I was told, in November of 2024. Salina may still have the buckets so despite the drive we will go there or just not patronize this theatre because they choose not to stock them past a point in time which is not publicized.

Theatre wasn't very clean, very disappointed. For how pricey tickets are cleanliness was not up to standard.

The website won't allow you to select a theater or show movie times. Seems like you have to get the app for that information. The theater itself is good.

The place was definitely clean for the most part. The movie area was well kept and organized. My daughter and I were able to find our seats with no issues and you didn't need to try to look over anyone's head to see a movie. The items in the bathroom definitely not well kept as the toilet paper roll was literally on the floor. Yuck!Paper towels were out for the most part and a paper towel holder was broken. I like the fact that we could get free soda and icee refills during our time there. The large size in the icee was good especially since I paid what I paid...it needed to be good. I'm not ordering the pizza again. So not worth the price and it was one of the cheaper prices but still...not ordering again. I tried to find tables to put our food on but apparently this theater did not come with them or I was doing something wrong. The chairs were comfy but I thought it being an IMAX for the Little Mermaid that the chairs would at least recline. Too bad all theaters cant be the same since the movies are technically new still while in theaters. Although the person that brought our food was really nice and asked if we needed anything else....you should have brought napkins. I should not have to say anything. These should come with every meal whether its just popcorn, soda and especially with burgers and pizza. I am wondering if there is a way that since people pay what they do for the movies...so we don't have to leave the theater to fill up our cups if we could somehow call from the seat...push a button and someone will come and fill our drinks and take care of us...that would be awesome...but then if this were put into place it would cost even more. Just food for thought.
