Do not buy from Allen Samuels. It's been two months since we bought with a trade in and they still haven't paid our previous car's bank. It is now on our credit report The bank has to report it and the dealership won't do anything to fix it. The day of the sale was pleasant enough but since driving off the lot, it has been a nightmare. 0 stars if I could.

i took my 2018 journey into the service shop for my middle row seat. The seat was stuck and would not slide back or forward. They told me that one of my Rails was bent and I needed a new one. This would cost me $750.55. I also paid a $135 diagnostic fee. I took my car for a second opinion. once the tech took my seat out there was a cap stuck in the slide and no rails were bent. according to the tech that I got the 2nd opinion from stated that Allen Samuels tech Ryan Parks never took the bolts Out of my seat or removed the plastic clippings. If they would have taken the time to do this then they would have seen the cap. I called immediately and spoke with Bill the service manager. He was extremely short with me and not friendly. I called him the next day(Saturday) he stated he still didn't his "people" together. Then I called Monday. No call back. I called today and no call back. i will NEVER recommend them and will be having my car serviced elsewhere.

Don't take your dually in for service, after 3 hours of waiting for an oil change, tire rotation and fuel filter we got our truck back sweaty and grease all over door and center console, then the engine was not starting right because they missed a step in the process and only the front tires rotated. After complaining they advised us they don't have the proper equipment to service a dually and properly rotate the tires. Then they said they would take half off the oil change for our troubles and guess what? They didn't do it.

I am biased because I don't trust any sales associates in the first place. Online shopping should replace these people. My wife went anyway against my advice and they gave us a terrible low-ball offer for trade-in value. Then tried pressuring her into buying by saying "Others are interested so it might not be available later." HA they are used to ripping off naive people. It was an Acadia, one of a couple dozen we found for sale in the area, go ahead and rip them off then. Should have read the reviews first I guess. I have already contacted life-lock to make sure they don't try stealing our identities since this experience was already, in my OPINION, criminal.
