All Seasons Construction

All seasons workmanship is horrible. Probably could of hired someone off Craigslist with no experience to do the work and got better results. Tried to get them to do it right, even went to the president of the company but they weren't having it. Guess the customer isn't right even if the contract says they're right. No integrity, no morals, all around con men! From the worker to the head of the company.

This company quoted a price did the work and our invoice was over $2000 than what was agreed upon. They even billed us before the work was completed. We will never use this company again!

Okay for the larger picture but not so great with the details.Please note that I am trying to provide helpful information about how to deal with the company since my project did not turn out as well as expected. Also, I had three very specific requests that I made early on, before getting a qoute, that were never meet.I had a fairly good experience until the build started and the salesman could not communicate with me and could not explain what I was asking for to his workers. They tried a couple of times to fix the issue but the salesman did such a bad job communicating that it was never fixed properly.The last time they came out the salesman was demeening and insulting and accused me of not just lying but also of being overly critical about what I wanted.At one point the company sent a second saleman out that was not only helpful but actually listened. I really thought it would work out at that point. However, the first salesman still did the communicating with the workers and could not get it right.In the end, my gutters were left with dents and scratches, the siding on the house had some damage where the framers had worked and the roof was not completed as I had requested in the valley. The soffitt looks like it was piece-meal installed and the decorative truss was damaged on the underside (where you can see it). I had to insist the eves and overhangs be re-worked per my original request and the corner posts be fixed when I had been especially careful in requesting fine materials. These are small details but they changed the entire look of the project. They are not the overall concerns with "craftsmanship" or "plum and level". The bigger items seem to be okay.When the salesman and I had a disagreement, the salesman spoke to the owner and before I could explain my side, I had an angry owner accusing me of being hard to work with.If it had not been for the last details, I could recommend this company for the workmanship but I cannot recommend the salesmen that I worked with. If you do have to talk to the owner be prepared for him to take only the side of the salesmen before listening to you.I suppose that if you have a very large project they would be more accomodating but they were eager to move off my project and poor at communicating with me. I would be most concerned the final details will not be completed correctly.
