PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! if I could give them zero stars I would!!!!! they told me it would be $155.00 for a diagnosis. they would not release my key until I paid them $295. I picked my car up in a tow truck the way I dropped it off. they had done absolutely no work to my car. I had to tow it to a different mechanic !!!!! not to mention, they tried to tell me it was $1495 for AC compressor $875 for a starter and he was charging me $400 in labor. I am trying to save someone from going through what I went through,,, which was a very horrible experience. . would never recommend. I will go under the hood of my own car and LEARN how to put a starter on before I ever consider going to this place again.

Very knowledgeable. May be more expensive than other shops, but they KNOW my cars. I call in and they know who I am and can talk to me about what's going on with my car because they remember it and its issues. And if he's never dealt with something, he'll spend the time to look it up. They also send you photos of everything they see that they're telling you about. If they say a strut is broken, you'll get a picture of the actual broken strut, so you know they're not just suggesting a fix to pad their pocket.

The first thing that impressed me when I walked in was the huge collection of certifications on the walls.Alexander is very knowledgeable and is hands-down the best mechanic that I have ever had.He also has great people skills which is something that you will notice right away.And the price and the service are very good so I would highly recommend Alexander's Automotive.

Very nice and professional while they rob you blind. Astronomically high prices. I called to see how much it would cost to get my head light replaced if I brought one in $136 + tax "to adjust it so it's pointing correctly" wtf. I honestly thought I was insanely overcharged last time but now I'm positive I was. $490 to change spark plugs, flush the transmission fluid, and replace the air filter.

Alexander is absolutely wonderful. He is well-versed in so many different areas of the automotive industry. I had a couple of questions regarding some additives on my 4runner and he was able to explain everything to me. Nice clean shop and they work on everything. It's important to me to know, they work on everything because I also own an Audi and Lexus.

They are in the wrong business. They are great at taking photos and videos, sending text messages and emails. Their idea of diagnostics is to replace parts until the issue is fixed, that or every part a component has been replaced. They are over priced, slow and really good at giving excuses. Terrible mechanical service but really good at photography and video.

Good Place to take my all my vehicles for service or repair. I have been coming to Alexander's since 1997 till now and watched him growing his business. All my family and some of my neighbors are still coming bringing their vehicles to him. Great service as always and knowing his passion and knowledge keeps me and my family coming back to see him for any vehicles services. I give 5 star for his hard works and excellency in automotive service industry.

Keep looking for another shop to repair your car. Price they quoted me was 4X what another shop did the work for!!! They were able to look at my car right away which is the only reason I gave them any stars at all. Beware and shop around
