AJ's NY Pizzeria

It is solid pizza. I loved the food. The restaurant had ample seating. We were able to walk in as group of seven and get seating. The staff were amazing.

Ohhhh my these are some gooooood wings! Wings are a go to for me i usually just get buffalo or hot ones. I definitely recommend the barbecue ones. Pizza was good i liked how the pepperoni was under and above the cheese. We called ahead and had to wait a little more longer when we got there I'm sure cause they were extremely busy. Great vibes. Cashier lady was very nice and quick with other orders. Im from Texas but if your visiting the area this a place i definitely suggest if your by yourself or with a group! They do it all and well worth it.

The pizza was so so. We got four different slices to try and a ravioli appetizer. The ravioli was over-fried. All of the pizzas we tried were missing "something." The flavors didn't quite hit the way we remembered when we ate here several years ago. The inside wasn't the cleanest. The tea machine was leaking all over the counter and the floor. We were in the restaurant for about 40 minutes and watched employees walk past the ever growing puddle of tea all over the floor. Anytime someone wanted a fountain drink, they had to stomp through the puddle of tea.

Exceptional service and food! We ordered a large Grilled Cheese Pie and an order of the Buffalo Boneless Wings. The bacon and the crust on the pie were the perfect consistency. Both the wings and pie were fresh and tasty. Everyone we talked to was super friendly and kind. Specifically, Henry asked us about our day and made us feel welcome.

Always a great place to eat in Manhattan with plenty of indoor & outdoor seating for big groups. They have a large menu full of special topping pizzas. The service is always very friendly and quick with your order.

Not quite NY style pizza. Maybe with a Midwest twist. But it was good. The sauce was ok, service was adequate

The pizza could have been better. I've never had NYC pizza, but I do know a lot about pizza and bread making. Their crust lacked flavor and gluten development. It seems they used fast fermentation to churn out lots of dough. The crust was thicker than what I would expect from NYC pizza. It lacked the large, uneven bubbles. I couldn't tell if their oven temperatures were too low or if they under-hydrated their dough. There was very little chew to the crust, so it seems like they didn't develop much gluten. The garlic knots' only flavor was from the toppings, not the bread. If their establishment represents real NYC pizza flavor, I don't want to try the real thing.All that being said, I don't think it would take much for them to improve. The toppings were okay and the sauce wasn't bad.I have no complaints about the service or the ambiance. We got our food out quickly, but not too quickly. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I just wished the pizza and other bread items had more developed flavor.

Home to the best pizza in town. Nothing tastes bad in this place. It's nice place to hang out inside and outside. It took a while for my pizza to get ready though.

Never tried AJ's before, but friends from the shop talk about it all the time. Went in on Saturday afternoon, good crowd. Pretty cool inside. Nice outdoor area. Pizza was very good and very affordable. I also ordered 6 bone-in wings, Italian flavored. Best wings I have ever had. Never tasted anything like it. Cooked perfect and did I say they were great? THEY WERE!! Will go back and order more wings.

I really enjoyed my pizza and the fantastic selection of slices. Usually most places offer slices in cheese or pepperoni or maybe offer to throw some toppings on for a charge. I personally, prefer a white pizza and unless they have one premade, isn't usually an option. At AJ's they have their whole menu available as slices and I love it! Service was great. They are big supporters of KSU so that's a big plus. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I'll definitely stop in here again next time I'm in the Manhattan, KS area.
