While on as business trip we were told to check this place out. Interestingly enough they had a lunch buffet - which in hindsight I p probably self have done. Instead several coworkers decided to choose from the menu. 3 chose burgers 2 of us chose the Club Sandwich ~ 5 minutes later or server came back and said they were out of turkey & bacon. Oh well another choice to make! I chose the burger my other coworker chose the buffet. I should have went with the buffetThe burgers eventually arrived and they were better than I expected. However, took such a long time for lunch it threw our schedule off.Maybe next time I'll go with the buffet!

Am waiting outside entrance for this to open at 8a. Thought I had probly been here in past, but may have been a long time...pre-Yelp days!! And after sitting, pretty sure I have been here prior. So pancake, 2 eggs, burned hash browns, and ham is requested. And all is excellent here and...$9. Doesn't seem like quite enough. That alone is a refreshing reminder of days past.So am still hanging out waiting for our N465BP maintenance to finish. Missed the Lunch Buffet here. but stopped in check desserts and wow...Peach Cobbler and ice cream. Excellent. Chef was actually out front helping and seemed to recall my breakfast prep.

I haven't written a review under 4 stars in many years, but the current reviews on here don't do this place justice. If you're wondering if this is a nice steakhouse, think more along the lines of The Sizzler in terms of quality and over-cooking, except with a longer wait, and poorer management. You know the place. You order your filet on the rare side of medium-rare, wait at the table for over an hour, and it comes out a very tough and disappointing medium, but you gobble it down because you're starved to death. They were obviously understaffed on a Saturday night. We waited 30-45 minutes after we sat down for our drinks. Almost as long for the refills. Total dining time was over 2 hours. We put in the kids' orders right away. Those took an hour. Asked for a coke so our type I diabetic didn't have a medical emergency during the long wait for food. She didn't understand and thought it was a treat for him. Had to find the hostess and clarify it was about to be a medical emergency 15 minutes later.I get that things happen sometimes. This review is mostly about the management in hopes it can improve. The poor server couldn't help it as she seemed to be taking care of every table in the building. At the end, the manager came by to ask how it was. Oh good she wants to know. We said, "We did wait for 2.5 hours." (This is the point where you say you're very sorry and we say thank you for listening.). Instead of listening, she just said "yeah we're overstaffed." Then something I couldn't understand - blah blah all the jobs. Then she ran away in a tizzy. Manager, your job is to listen to complaints so people don't have to write them here. Keep eye contact and stay even after you've spouted your rebuttal so you can be sure the customer has felt heard. Apologize instead of say your excuse. That's all. Apologies really are super powerful when you mess up. Maybe you were scared you were going to have to comp the meal? No, we ate it. We're not like that. Maybe you were scared we'd yell? No, just wanted to politely be heard. We didn't even get to tell you about the steak so you could do a better job for other people. I wonder what the reason is that you ask how it was? The good news is that you can learn how to handle complaints well if that doesn't come naturally to you - there are many resources out there that you can use to learn and to train your staff. Even free ones on YouTube. I really hope this helps. The seasoning was very decent, yet not good enough to counteract the overcooking. Quality of meat was mediocre, but as one would expect at the price point of $24 for a filet. The overcooking was at least one full level above ordered. The management is dissonant. The poor waitress is working like a slave. The diners who arrived as we were finishing were served a basket of bread. Oh, how we would have loved a basket of bread during the long wait. If you're a type I diabetic, don't start the insulin when you order like usual if they're busy. Time it to be onboard an hour and fifteen after you order, and bring some juice or your own bread with you.

It used to be top notch so I'm not sure what happened. We visited last Sunday after church. We were shown our table, the waitress took our drink order and after delivery of the drinks we never saw her again. I finally asked the hostess about menus and were informed it was the buffet only. Okaaayyy-It was very disappointing, I felt we would've gotten better variety and value at some place like a Golden Corral. We had to clear our own table, never saw our server again so then had to go to the register and let them know what we had. It was Really disappointing that one of the last "nice restaurants" in Hutch has fallen to this standard...

It's a good restaurant overall. Nice atmosphere and if you're lucky, you'll see a plane or two parked or taking off. The onion rings have got to be their signature appetizer. They are really fabulous. I usually order the coconut fried shrimp along with their house salad and a luscious baked, sweet potato. Haven't tried desserts but I'm sure they are good too

Almost always consistently great food. Bang bang shrimp is the best appetizer. ( Just Don't get the onion rings. They need to go back to the old recipe. These are chewy and the onions are too thick.) Love their ribeyes. Airport Steakhouse always has daily specials. They're only open until 8 during the week, so don't go in late. Best steaks in town!

Service was gray. Prime rib was really fatty and under cooked to my request. Stuffed chicken breast and Brussel sprouts had no flavor.

Great steaks, friendly service. I miss the free Birthday steak. It is fun to watch the planes take off and land while you eat.
