Didn't show up with a mask, home warranty called him out. I had to call 5 times and leave 3 messages before he answered just to try to confirm the appointment. He informed me that the appointment that the home warranty company made was never cleared through him, though the home warranty company told me that these different companies pick their jobs, not the other way around. He showed up and told me he'd have to order the part and it would take two to three days. On the third day I called him 5 times over the course of 10 Hours with no answer, so I called the home warranty company. They informed me that he backed out of the call and would not help me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company, btw his company address is for a storage unit in the industrial district of wichita. Please don't use this man for anything, highly unreliable

This is the worst air repair in Wichita. After having to use him from a warranty company, he only half fixed a problem. 2 months later we have the issue again, but the warranty sent another company out. I'm so glad they did because multiple safety concerns and "shady" maintenance was found after having Air Repair Specialists come work on our unit. Now we have to not only fix the original problem, but fix what these guys did. I feel robbed and am angry that they can get away with the terrible performance they give. Please, use anybody else. These guys are bottom of the barrel.

This Company has Very Very poor Service. Will never answer the phone or never return a message. Purchased a home and on walk through Heater was making a noise the home warranty company sent this company out. Couldn't figure it out at first and told me to live with it until it completely went out. Ask him to look into it further and he did figured the problem out but had to order a part but also broke a valve which caused a leaked and never fixed it. Said he would order the part and be back in a week to fix it. Two and a half weeks later and over a Dozen unanswered phone calls finally Curtis the owner called back. Curtis came out to fix the problem without the part created another leak. Curtis said he would not fix the problem until payment was made. Home Warranty is paying or previous owner will pay. Previous owner called several times with no answer or return call.. This problem has been going on since February 3rd and still not fixed. I would not recommend this Company at all... Very Very a Poor Customer Service..
