On the one hand, I want everyone to know about this terrific veterinarian and his staff. On the other hand, I don't want everyone filling up their calendar so's I can't get future appointments! Dr. Norris is practical, kind, creative, and downright nice. Garret recognizes me on the phone, knows my problem cat and his problems, and is also downright nice. Overall, my experiences here have been uncomplicated and reasonably priced. It sounds mundane, but the highest compliment I can think of when it comes to making my cat well again.Air Capital Veterinary Clinic was recommended by a friend and now I'm recommending them to you. You're welcome. :)

Dr Norris has always been our vet and taken good care of our Boston Terriers. Kind and responsive when you have concerns. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I have always appreciated the care for my Yorkies at this clinic. Dr. Norris and his staff are very kind and provide excellent care for your animals. The clinic is in an old strip mall, but I appreciate that because they don't charge a fortune for animal care because they are trying ti pay the high price mortgage. I recommend you try Air Capital and we have used them for about 15 years and so glad my daughter found them!

Dr. Bartel is the kindest, most patient vet ever. He is gentle, thoughtful, yet efficient and does what has to be done with ease and skill. I would never take my dog to anyone else, because from other experiences I have had with other vets, Dr. Bartel seems to be the only one who is great with animals AND their owners, equally.

My new best vet is Dr. Richard Bartel at Air Capital Veterinary Clinic. He's an older veterinarian but he keeps himself updated with what's going on in the veterinary world. My furbaby needed some rabies shots and Dr. Bartel's clinic was the cheapest. I read some positive reviews about him online and decided to give him a chance. Dr. Bartel gave my dog rabies shots without making him bleed. A friend once told me that if a vet is able to give your dog a shot without making him bleed then that's a very good vet. Previously, I have taken my dog to other vets and they always make him bleed when they give him shots. Dr. Bartel was the only vet that was able to give my dog a shot without making him bleed. He was really kind and gentle with my dog when he gave my dog a shot. I wanted to hold my dog while he gave him the shot but he insisted that it's better for him to hold my dog and give him a shot. I was really surprised that my dog didn't struggle and it was done quickly and efficiently. I really like Dr. Bartel. He's amazing! Before I went to him, I called other vets to ask about shots. Everybody except Dr. Bartel's clinic told me that I have to get rabies and DHPP shots. I did some research and since my dog is 8 years old, he doesn't need any of those shots except for the rabies shot. Dr. Bartel's clinic was the only one that told me that my dog really only needed rabies shot since he's that old. In my research, there's updated news that older dogs doesn't need any of those shots except for the rabies shot. It said that some vets aren't updated with the information so they still give out all of those shots. After talking to Dr. Bartel's clinic, I knew he was a good vet that is up-to-date with veterinary practices. Also, please beware pet owners, just because my dog doesn't need all those shots doesn't mean your dog doesn't need them either. It's because my dog is an inside dog, he's an older dog, and the location where we live, my dog doesn't need all those shots. For example, when I was living in L.A. my dog doesn't need to be on heartworm because there's hardly any mosquitoes in the city. However, when I lived in Kansas my dog had to be on heartworm prevention meds because there's a lot of mosquitoes in Kansas during the summer. Depending on where you live, how old your dog is, and other factors, there's stuff you need or might not need. You should always consult with your vet. Anyways, I wanted to do a heartworm test on my dog but Dr. Bartel said it's better to wait until March to do it. I will be back in his clinic to get that done. His prices for his services are very affordable. I forgot how much he charges for the heartworm test but if you want a general appointment with him, it's $40. I also planned to get my dog's teeth clean this summer by him as well. I have found the perfect vet for my dog. My dog doesn't shake when he goes to Dr. Bartel's clinic. I am very happy with Dr. Bartel and his staff.
