Air Capital Storage

We have had our property at Air Capital storage for about a year. They have a pad lock on the gate as the key pad is broken. They didn't let the tenants know of this problem and our unit was broken into over the weekend. All they can say is sorry. Don't use this facility.

Scam alert! No office on site and phone calls and text messages go unanswered. Tried to end my contract after 2 months and was never able to get a return call till after the 10 day notice period so they are trying to collect another month and I still can't cancel the required insurance. Prices are not as adveretised. I will never do business with them ever again.

I would never recommend these company for your storage needs. They have no office on-site. Everything is over the phone, so if a problem arises then you have to hope they will answer the phone. The units are tiny and dirty, with motor oil all over the flooring. I asked for a refund which has been the run around for almost 2 weeks. They screen their calls and not answer if you are an unhappy customer. They are doing everything they can not to give me a refund. Horrible customer service and they shouldn't even be in business.
