Affordable Taxi

Granted there is bad weather. But after two hours we found another way to get our stranded daughter home. They would not give time estimates and when we called to cancel there was no sorry or attempt to make some sort of professional appology. Just an "oh, ok."If you like to wait....then call them. Not us, never again!!

Terrible. Would jot recommend. The lady who picked up the phone sounded no more professional than a 12 year old. She was rude and sounded like she cared more about herself than her customers. I then called to cancel because I found another taxi who could pick me up sooner and as soon as I called and said who I was she immediately hung up without asking if I still needed the ride or anything.Would not recommend. Would rather walk across town before considering these people.

Had a reservation with this company and guess what???? They didn't show, the other companies are about the same so I guess I would reccomend calling all of them and waiting.

Have Mercy! I'd give zero stars if I could. Called this taxi service for a ride across town and was disgusted immediately after stepping into the van taxi. Taxi was filthy, and shook violently after accelerating from each stop. No air-conditioning either, which really sucked, because we were in nice clothes and didn't want to be soaking wet from sweat and then stick to the filthy seats which looked to not have been shampooed ever....Not to mention the stains on the seats and interior what seemed to be blood on the ceiling carpet. When my wife got out she asked me to check her for bugs. GROSS?! I think so.

this gentleman I was three different taxi companies ran out of the same business the same building affordable dependable and AAA maybe the reason why he has to use different names for his taxi service is because I keep getting bad reviews I would not give this man even at zero $47 for 16 miles that's crazy I would rather walk and save my money this guy is unprofessional and I wonder if his drivers even have a valid driver's license they're not worth your time but if you look at all three websites and reviews they've all got bad reviews maybe it's him maybe it's the company maybe because he doesn't try to give you a fair deal he just wants to make money and that's all he wants and he wants is to charge you as much as he can flirting the least amount I'm driving I would not recommend them but three companies ran out of the same building by the same man said something about why he has to put the same company under three different names recommendation less than zero

rude as hell. wont give me a time I will be picked up so I waited two hours! then the long hair driver told me how bad of a person I was for being a smoker.....I dint smoke in front of him in his van or anywhere near him. then my friend was trying to show him where we wanted to go on her phone and he snached it from her and trew it at her. then when she called him a fucker for doing it he wanted to trow us out of the cab. do not use them

Zero stars wasn't a option! Do not waste your money or time with this mediocre at best "cab company" Also the live operators are incredibly unprofessional.
