Stopped in last minute because our brakes were going out. They fit us in to their schedule and little did we know they found out we had a broken brake line! Receptionist is a sweetheart and the techs were quick. They're only open Monday - Friday so good thing we were passing through on a weekday. Also very very affordable work!

I have been buying vehicles from them for years for myself and my kids. They are a great dealership! Justin and Jeremy in finance and Garry in sales...a great team! ...But...the lady that takes the payments, rude! Seems to hate her job every time we go in. Please get someone that knows what customer service is...after the sale is done!

No customer loyalty. Always wants more more on down paymeny.. we have bought 2 1/2 cars (still making payments...and ahead on them) . Went in for a 4th vehicle. They ask for a ridiculous amount. We are done with them

I got a vehicle here 3 months ago and it's already starting to crap out. I would not buy a car here again. I should have never gone here in the first place.

Never again the quality of vehicles are less than what you would find on craigslist. Had my jeep for two months and it has been in the shop 3 times. The salesmen are greasy lolifes. Don't waste your time save up or does little more. This place is no good.

I would like the people of Wichita or anyone thinking about buying a car from this dealership should rethink it. ooooo yeah there nice, Well there taken your money, And talking so fast that you dont know they are stealing your money,That you have worked hard work for. check it for your self there cars are way over priced. Never buy a vehicle from this company!! They do dirty business! I surrendered the vehicle the debt was $2,963 now during the pandemic they took $8,570.00 of my unemployment money. I had called trying to settle the debt they would not work with me at all. I am a single mother of 3 girls, we suffered to save to get us a place to live and lived by the very minimum for me to pay past debts and clean up my debts. I paid over $9,000 cleaning up my credit out of the 12 creditors they were the only ones to not work with me. After reaching out to settle the account they came and wiped me out. Remind you this is back to school time, a pandemic, everyone is struggling! Now it is the ethic part. Severe penalty. Read the contract on the front you agree to 5% on the back you agree to 15% state law is 12%. WARNING DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT! ALSO, YOU CAN RESEARCH MANY STORIES OF BAD BUSINESS

This is the most unprofessional Car dealership in Wichita! I wouldn't recommend Affordable Autos Inc. to Anyone that wants A reliable vehicle. My daughter purchased A vehicle (Making Payments) from this place a few years ago and recently the transmission went out on it, mind you she was still making payments on the car. She took it into Affordable Autos mechanic shop and was told it would be almost $3,000 to have the car fixed. Also, She had to pay upfront $650.00 before they would even start working on the car!! She called the finance manager at Affordable Autos and was told " There was nothing he could do but let her payments get lowered until the car is fixed" Keep in mind car payments still had to be made on top of the $650.00 to even start working on the car! Fast forward, A few days had passed so she decided to give the finance manager another call to see if she could make a small down payment towards another vehicle and she was hit with A firm NO!!!! Again, there was nothing he could do. This car was a 09' that wasn't even worth the $3,000 to get another transmission on top of still making payments!!! So Please don't waste your time and money with this company. She decided to give Affordable Autos their over priced car back. After they get you into a car they treat you very rudely and could care less about any financial burdens you may have if the vehicle you have needs major repairs.. Go to Super Car Guys... Much better company! Hope this helps.
