No price breakdown on cost of parts or labor. There are other issues that we are just too furious to talk about right now. It's funny that they claim transparency on cost on parts, when a receipt shows otherwise. Not wanting to hear or see excuses from them.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. My truck wouldn't start at lunch one day. They are close to my office so I called to get a price and was told to bring it down. I was surprised they were able to get it in so quick with a full parking lot. They are a great shop who care about their customers. You can really tell that when you walk in the door!

I am looking for a local shop I can TRUST. I called to ask If they could do a specific repair on my transmission, they said they could. I made an appointment, the earliest was 5 DAYS LATER. When I dropped the car off they said they would contact me THAT DAY about the repair, I didn't hear from them! I patiently waited until 4 pm THE NEXT DAY, still no word. So I called. Not only had they NOT done the work(about a 2 hr job) but had no info except I needed another transmission! So I went to pick the car up, they were working on it then for the info! They made lots of excuses and inaccurate statements about my car. I left with my car. They BETRAYED MY TRUST! I can't recommend them to ANYONE! ... Follow up. I replaced the filter and fluid - the transmission works fine now.

I had my vehicle towed to this location for a diagnosis. The prognosis was estimated around $5,600 for a new engine. I was told that a used engine would cost the same as a new one. I found this odd, so I searched around for other estimates and got quoted roughly $3,400 for a used engine with under 45,000 miles on it from TWO different shops. When I called the Affinity to let them know a tow company would be coming to retrieve my car Aaron informed me there was a $100 diagnosis fee. When I was surprised, because Aaron did not mention this fee at all during our previous conversations, he proceeded to tell me I was wrong, over and over, that he did tell me. Instead of simply apologizing for the miscommunication that took place. This company, and Aaron, have made me believe that they are out to rob their customers and give them very, very poor customer service. I do not suggest taking anything you value to this location.
