I took off work. They called me the day before to make sure I would show up on time. They told me to show up 30 minutes early then when I got there, they waited till 10 minutes after my appointment and told me it would still be an hour away Very disappointed that I took the time off very disappointed that I gave them all my medical information I will not be going here ever. I cannot believe that this is how a therapy place does business beware not a good therapy practice

Only wants money does not care about you or your health or your condition. I could tell you my story but it is no use. Just please think before you put your trust in this place

Terrible service. Rude front desk. Don't ever expect to be seen on time for your appointment.

I've been going here for two years. I first started out at the Rock location, but they closed so now it's only the Webb location. My first problem was in 2022, I was sent to George, a medication provider, who didn't speak English and was uncomfortable asking me questions because I was a girl, he couldn't even say the word 'sex'. Never went back to him. Tried another provider, Hannah, in 2023, I liked her, but then I come back wanting to see her again as my provider. She's moved. So they wanted me to see a third provider. I'm not comfortable to continuing to open up to all these new people. I can't even get the help I'm asking for and need. I hardly ever had problems til I got switched to the Webb location. I booked an appointment with my therapist, left work early, all for the receptionist to say she didn't put me on the schedule. Then I paid my small copay, came back a few weeks later for my next appointment and was told I owe 120$ for the last time. Even though I paid my copay and had insurance. I was severely confused and the two receptionists there were not explaining anything I was trying to ask. I told them I cannot afford to just pay them that, when I wasn't expecting to owe them that. Then I call a day later, try to get ahold of billing, sent to voicemail. Left a message, never heard anything back. So a few days later, I call again and instead try the receptionist this time just so I can have knowledge of what this payment plan is they put me on and everything. She said she couldn't find anything under my account, left me on hold for 15 minutes and then it sent me to the same voicemail I left the first day I called. But this time it wouldn't let me leave a voicemail. So I called back AGAIN, they sent me to the same voicemail. So I called AGAIN and the receptionist said she couldn't do anything for me. So I told her to just cancel all my future appointments I have. I personally emailed my therapist and let her know why I cancelled my future visits. I thought therapy was suppose to help me, not give me more problems. So disappointed and upset in this company. They don't seem to care at all.

Absolutely do not go here. If you aren't a high-dollar patient they do not care about you at all. They will close the office randomly and not tell a soul, providers will leave the practice and they will fail to notify patients until they call for a refill or to make an appointment. Then, they will refuse to help you because "all of their other providers are booked out for months". They say you will be reminded of your appointments through text, a feature many of us rely on, but no texts will come. Then they will blame you for it. They are horrifically rude and condescending on the phone and at the front desk. An absolute disgrace to the mental health field, these people should be ashamed of themselves.

I wouldn't even give them a 1!! What a joke of a place! They must get the rejects others do not want. I originally saw George, who I couldn't hear or understand, but he listened. All of a sudden one day he's gone, so I had to schedule with Hannah Johnson. She was nice, took lots of notes. I was moving out of state and told her I needed 90 day supply of my medications until I got insurance. That was all great until it came time to do it. All of a sudden she couldn't prescribe meds out of state. The pharmacy found a solution for that but then she couldn't even talk to me out of state. Then she demanded an appointment. I requested a telemedicine visit. Nope, she couldn't talk to me because I'm out of state. I'm 900 miles away but told them I would drive to the border! I told her I couldn't get a new appointment for 3 weeks and then I wouldn't bother her again. Told her I was afraid of withdrawing from my depression, anxiety, and bi-polar medications. I did end up having a difficult withdrawal and ended up in the hospital. These people should not be aloud to practice medicine, especially on a vulnerable population and individuals that are on medications for suicidal ideation. Cut off without warning and not cared about. These people, especially Hannah Johnson, do not care if you live or die. Pretty sad. She should be reported to the bore board, if she's even certified in anything!

Went for my first and only appointment last year. Was never told any payment details until now. Apparently I'm 120+ days overdue to pay for this appointment. Now they're threatening to send me to collections for a sum little more than a hamilton.I never went back because the product was bad. I didn't expect them to come after me with some sleezy collection nonsense. Do yourself a favor and don't go in the first place.

Double billing, and failure to refund 19 $40 copays I didn't owe. I love my son's counselor. My wife got great treatment. But their billing agency will tell you that you missed copays you have receipts and bank records of, and my insurance paid for a treatment but we had already paid $760 in copays before we got our first explanation of benefits telling us we didn't owe it and they did stop charging us but we can't even get their billing department on the phone much less get our money returned. If they would switch billing providers, I'd rate them a solid 4 and maybe a 5, but since I have to endure insurance fraud to get healthcare the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

Terrible and uncaring. Do not go there. They will over bill you and not refund your money or give you credit back. They will not tell you if your insurance will work with their providers. They will just bill you and take your money.
