My daughter went here for a month and 2 weeks. The ladies in the infant room are nice. But they clipped my daughters nails without permission and took a chunk out of her finger. My daughter is only 3 months old. Then acted like they didnt know they cut her. The director is very rude and not understanding and yelled at me on the phone multiple times. I do not recommend taking your kids there cause if you have a issue the director will not care and gets defensive and rude.
