I purchased my first Acura, and was not very familiar with the features on the car. Brygen Wilson was amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and made sure that our questions were answered. He was thoughtful and professional throughout the whole buying process. Sales is ok but service department is horrid. Gave me a rental car but only made it half way home before the low gas light came on!!

Acura has the worst customer service ever, I have called numerous of times, e-mail, left a voice mail, never returned my calls. I must say I have tried calling over 5-20 times.. due to a letter I received in the mail about a recall.. If you can't run a business and provide great customer service, whats the point of being "open" when you all can't answer calls? How upsetting. Also, my mother had brought her vehicle in, I must say it was a sloppy sloppy job. Bad experience!! TRAIN your managers & Employees. I would never ever again go to Acura. They don't even deserve 1 "star" to even begin with. I will take my business else where.

I have called here 10 times over a 1 month period and everytime I ask to speak to a service advisor I get a voicemail...what kind of luxury service is this?? Luckily I have a great service department that takes care of my Acura, I only called this dealer because of the airbag recall...which in of itself is a farce. No fix for it yet???? I don't know because their service department never answers the phone.
