The ladies at Accent are great! I have worked with them for several different weddings, including my sister's. My sister's wedding dress & the bridal party dresses were purchased with Accent (we also had the alterations done there)..everything went so smoothly!And fellas, don't feel left out, the shop is great for tuxes, too!

I have used Accent Bridal & Tux several times- for two weddings and three proms. They are fantastic! They have a wonderful selection of dresses, and the service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and quick to help out with whatever you need. They have an in-house alterations person who does a great job. I recommend Accent to all my friends.

Horrible customer service by an employee name Tammy.My fiance and I came in early afternoon on Tuesday August 11, 2015 to look at tuxedos for 6 groomsmen. Upon greeting, she was not friendly and had no desire or interest to help us gather ideas. When we asked if my fiance could try a couple of tuxedos on, she hesitated and said "I guess, if you guys want." She was very short with her responses and did not offer any advice or ideas. In fact, she seemed to be "annoyed" that we were even there, which made it very uncomfortable for us. Her overall demeanor was not kind and it was overall upsetting to have experienced that. For brides and grooms entering the store, I believe employees should approach customers with enthusiasm as this is a very exciting time for wedding planning. I should not judge the entire store due to one employee and I'm sure they have plenty of great employees but unfortunately, they have lost our business and Tammy made our first visit at Accent Bridal & Tux a horrible experience and it will definitely be our last.

What a horrible experience!!! The whole time we were there the woman followed us like a hawk. There were other customers in the store but we were the only one she followed. She stalked my friend (the bride to be) as she looked at dresses and then when she did find one wouldn't even allow her to take the dress into the dressing room. Instead she stood outside and said "I'll hand it to you when you're done". It was like she thought my friend was going to shove the dress in her purse and run off with it. She sure as hell didn't "hand" dresses to the other ladies trying them on, just my friend. To top it off she had this disgusted look on her face the whole time my friend was wearing it. We all assume it had to be either because my friend is bigger or cause she has tattoos because we could think of no other reason for this woman to act in such a rude manner. Besides the fact that this woman silently tagging my friend as a theif, over half the dresses had the word "Sample" stapped on them as if the store assumes that patrons are going to try to steal their dresses. The only time this woman asked if we needed help was as we walked in and she didn't thank us as we left, hoped to see us again, wished us luck in our endeavor or anything. VERY RUDE!!! And for the record we came in around 3:30ish on August 11th, so if the manager of that store sees this, find out who worked cause this woman needs a serious talking to about her people skills.
