Absolutely Flower

I like to support local and for my friends birthday I thought it would be nice to get some balloons so I drove across town but the lady told me they have limited balloon and I should try dollar tree. Felt like an idiot asking for balloons but I guess it's a thing of the past

Purchased an arrangement for a family member in the hospital. When they arrived it was not at all what was ordered. Was to have 7 Roses, 2 Snapdragons and 6 or 7 little sunflowers. What was delivered was 2 Tulips, one Snapdragon and 4 yellow Gerber Daisies and some filler. Ridiculous!! Upon calling them to complain the employee who made the arrangement was surprised that I was upset that the arrangement was completely different than what was ordered. No offer to refund any portion of the cost knowing that 2 in season Daisies are extremely cheaper than the 7 Roses we paid for. Customer service was ridiculous in my opinion as this person was completely clueless as to why i was upset.

I went to them for my mother's funeral. When my husband and I first went they were understanding, helpful and caring. We were picking out three plants we wanted two matching smaller plants. They had one we like but the other one was not to our liking. The lady who helped said they would get more plants Tuesday. We went to pick out the other plant just to find out that they didn't get another one. They did not try to get a hold of us to let us know and we had to pick out other plant that matched. The plan was i would pick up all the plants and my sister flowers Saturday before the funeral, but Friday can and I am told that the funeral home had flowers for me to pick up as well. I go in and find out it was the plants and flowers I told them I would pick up the next day. It added more stress to an already stressful time.

Mitzi and her team went above and beyond turning our vision into a reality! Having to coordinate with a bride and groom in one state and the wedding venue in another was no easy task, but she handled it wonderfully! The flowers were gorgeous and even better than we had imagined! Every detail was taken care of quickly and professionally. She even worked with our photographer and videographer to make sure they got the best shots, and our caterer to ensure the center pieces didn't interfere with the table settings. The event space owners were so impressed, they asked to keep them for promotional photos after our wedding, saying they'd never seen anything like it!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to the hospital. They were delivered quickly the same day (within a couple of hours) and I've been told they were very beautiful.

I was out of town and wanted to order from a local flower shop for a friend who's father had passed. I ordered the Snappy Sunflowers for $74.95 and sadly received a $9.99 mixed bouquet shoved in a vase. Absolutely Flowers sent the picture of what was sent and I thought maybe it was a bad picture , but it was even worse when I saw the sparse arrangement in person. The vase had more greens than flowers.I don't mind paying for quality, unfortunately that is not what I received from Absolutely Flowers . This place had a 4.9 rating, I don't know how, beware, especially if your ordering on line.

I am in Arizona and was in need of a floral arrangement for a family funeral in Inman. I contacted Absolutely Flower and it was beyond wonderful. I first messaged them on Facebook and got a response with a few hours. After that, we spoke on the phone, and texted. I told them what I wanted in a standing spray, and they were able to create that. But beyond the scope of their normal business, they went above and beyond and actually met a family friend who picked up the arrangement on Sunday morning, when the store was closed. They were even willing to drive it out the cemetery on Sunday if our friend hadn't been coming from Hutch already. Seldom do you find people willing to work when they should be closed, and our family appreciated this more than we can say. It helped make a stressful time just that little bit better. The flowers were gorgeous, everything we expected. They texted me a pic of them to make sure it met my expectations the day before. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Thank you to Mitzi and her staff for the amazing experience.
