Above & Beyond Cleaning

Don't waste your time! We scheduled a cleaning late on Friday where Tracie said her team could accommodate on Saturday. After waiting a few hours on Saturday we reached out to her and no answer. She called back about an hour later stating that her employees were a no-show and rescheduled for Sunday between 8-10am. I texted her at 10am as they still had not arrived where she stated she was waiting on one employee and would be on their way. At 1pm, still no Tracie, no call, no text and a dirty house. Above & Beyond Cleaning has done nothing but waste our time this weekend and cannot be trusted with scheduled cleaning when in a bind. This company has horrible communication, does not answer the phone or reply to text messages. Beware!
