Abel To Move You

Ive used them to move twice and they are fast as well as caring and careful! I've also had them deliver new furniture to my house twice from furniture row as well! it only took 2 hours for us to move a 5bed 3bath house and not a single thing was damaged! highly recommend!

This company delivers furniture for Denver Mattress (Furniture Row) and maybe the other stores of Furniture Row, not sure. But I bought a new mattress and two adjustable electric bases. When disassembling my king size bed there were several loud noises, which should not have occurred, it's not that difficult put together and take apart. After a few days we decided the expensive electric bases were not worth the money. Same guys came back to pick it up along with the owner of the moving company, Abel A. Perez. Once again they disassembled the bed frame to remove the bases. Upon leaving they offered to install the 4 horizontal box spring support slats, which I told them it was easy and I'd do it. The frame felt lose on the right side and I didn't think anything of it. That is until the frame in the right front corner collapsed this morning. After reviewing the frame boards it was obvious they had caused damage that caused the collapse. I contacted Abel and instead of apologizing and offering to make it right his text reply insinuated that I put the bed back together and I must have caused the problem. I was calm until after reading his text reply. Now I'm going to leave reviews everywhere I can. I repaired the bed frame myself, took me about an hour to disassemble the frame, repair the cracked wood, drill new holes, and install new screws. My house is for sale and I was going to use him to move my large household things, now, not a chance. Also, after they left picking up the bases I went into the master bathroom and found something very disgusting. Toilet seat was up and somebody's urine was in the toilet. Not only did they not ask they didn't even flush the toilet. I don't care if they used it, we've all been there and needed to go badly. But leave it the way ya found it, toilet seat down and FLUSHED. Didn't expect to find that in my own house, and in my personal bathroom. If I ever buy from Furniture Row again I will make sure that Abel is not delivering my furniture. And for sure will never think about paying them to move anything I own.
